After 20 years of living in our home, the sewer backed up due to an accumulation of stuff flushed down the toilet (NOTE - not everything that CAN go down the toilet SHOULD go down the toilet....). Water backed up into the toilets and tubs and we were unable to use sinks, take showers, go to the bathroom, etc.). J&L came out within 2 hours, identified the problem (though it was too late in the day to remedy it and too much of a blockage to snake) and came out the next morning to fix it. Lupe was kind, professional and did a phenomenal job replacing the pipe and the wax seal around one of the bathroom toilets. He even replaced the bark around the drains that I had cleared for them before their arrival. I was impressed that they called when they were on their way out both times, were professional and friendly and did a quality job. I give them my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend J&L Plumbing. They just came out and installed a shower head and fixed a toilet leak. It was quick and friendly service and they charged less than the estimate. I was so happy. They were able to schedule me really quickly too. They are licensed and have great reviews.

I called A&L regarding a stoppage I was having, then cleared it up. Dave came out and tried to sell me another clean out without even inspecting my current clean out. He told me he would follow up then never called back. I called today regarding the stoppage again and tried explaining I am not calling as an American home shield client but as a regular client. Troy hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
