I was having a very bad month. My washing machine broke on me so I went to Lowe's and bought a new one. The next morning it was shipped to my house and installed by there technicians. The next day I woke up to flooding in my house. It really made me sympathize for the people that were in the path of the hurricane. I got on the phone with a couple of plumbers that wanted to charge to much and would take to much time. Luckily I called Absolute and the response time was quick. Kareem the plumber came to my house as a savior. I didn't know what was going on, but Kareem quickly identified the problem. The drain pipe for the washer( I don't know if I'm calling it right) was stuffed improperly into the exit drain. (Still don't know the proper words) basically it was the technitions fault that Lowe's sent me. Kareem gave me a good price to do the job properly. He helped me save my dry wall and wood from molding. The plumber fixed the problem professionally in a timely manner. He gave me a recipt then told me to go to Lowe's where I can get my some money back. After drying up my house from the flood, I went to Lowe's the next day and was able to get a refund for the damages there technitions caused me. I would like to personally thank Kareem for his professionalism and saving the day. If I am ever in a plumbing emergency I will call Absolute Rooting.

I was referred to Absolute Rooter & Plumbing Service by my home warranty company. I spoke with Kareem and he was very friendly on the phone, and despite the fact that he was being paid by my warranty company, and not me - he offered me his first available. I appreciated that so much!

I was not home when Kareem did the repairs but I am told he was very fast and very professional. I am very pleased with the work he did.

I am writing this review for a very interesting occurrence that happened while Kareem was at the house. When he was done, the water would not come back. He went back around the house and tried everything to figure out what the problem was. He informed us he has tried everything and was unsure why it would not come back on? He had other appointments and had to leave. The reason the water did not come back, is because unrelated work was being done in my neighborhood and the city had turned off our water. No problem! This is where I was impressed....Kareem called me back the following day to ensure that our water had come back on and that we did not need him to come back. Are you kidding me!? That is amazing customer service! I could not believe he was so polite to call back and offered to come back. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely would use him the future. Thank you!

Moved into a new home two weeks ago and woke up to running toilet noises in middle of night! Called my home warranty and they set me up with Absolute Rooter. Karim and his crew came the next morning and did a fantastic job...no more noisy running toilets! Definitely will keep their number handy.

I am so impressed with Absolute Rooter & Plumbing!! I put a request on Angies List and within 10-15 minutes they responded and came right out! I had a water main break and they took care of it right then and there. They are the best I have found are now our go to guys whenever we have an issue. Don't even hesitate to call them. We had a sudden and severe break in our sprinkler line from the water main that flooded our side yard, so the city shut off our water main. I called Absolute Rooter, they came out that afternoon. They found the leak and did a temporary fix so the water could be turned on, came out the next day and completed the repairs. The work quality was excellent, and the price charged was fair. The two men who did the work were professional, friendly, and communicated frequently to let us know what was happening. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this company.

I had broken gas lineReceived estimated cost based solely on visual inspection. It was explained until farther inspection including disconnecting and clearing lines cost was estimate. After further inspection the work began. 1 90degree galvanized 3/4 fitting 1 slip joint 1 piece 4 foot pipe. Work took 45 minutes from start to finish. Never received formal estimate then they hit me with $1400 bill. To date still have no breakdown. Very sad they took advantage of a senior citizen on a limited fixed income , I realize it was a Saturday emergency call but let’s be honest here this is abusive . Happy Holidays to them mine are gone

After having so many issues with one of my appartment complexes sewer system, i found ABSOLUTE ROOTER AND PLUMBING. they werw out here to take care of the blockage. I chose to run the sewer video inspection, and found the line filled with toilet paper build up. He recommemd me to hydro jet the system to clear everything out. As a courtesy than the camera again to show how clean the sewer line was

Back in July I started my hunt for a plumber to move an existing water line to the perimeter of my yard to make room for a pool we were having put in. I had received 5 estimates when I met Levon from Absolute, and the hunt for the right plumber stopped there. His professionalism and communication were on point. The job was done in a timely manner. And he let me know that if we had any issues with the line he moved during our pool dig, that he would come fix it at no cost. I didn't get this in writing, but today he came through on his word. The copper pipe was lifted and dented during the excavation and I sent Levon a text. He responded immediately and two days later, my pipe was repaired at no cost to me. Who even does that these days?! Amazing customer service. We will be using Absolute for all our future plumbing needs.

I needed an emergency plumber. They came on time and helped me fix my clogged and leaking toilet

Thank you to Absolute Rooter & Plumbing for getting the gas line to the backyard! They were straightforward with explaining what was going to be done, the work was excellent, and price was under some of the bigger names out there. They were quick to address issues such as meeting the new city requirements to pass inspection. Weeks later when the appliances were delivered, they finished by hooking up all the out door gas appliances.

Great response time! Did whatever was necessary to fix the problem. I would recommend to anyone

Was having a problem with the Gas Fireplace called Absolute and Kareem came right over OMG...what a wonderful, helpful person, and so kind...we will continue to call Absolute for repairs...

I am upgrading my electrical panel to a 200 Amp panel and in the process PG&E needed to move my gas meter.
To reconnect my house to the gas meter I hired a plumber who did not install it correctly and PG&E would not pass the installation.

I hired Absolute Rooter and explained the issue and they jumped on the project even though it was late in the evening.

They found several leaks that were dur to improper material that had been used by another contractor corrected all the leaks and replaced a few parts and my gas system passed.

This has allowed me to now move forward with installing my new electrical panel.

These guys are excellent and communicate really well. They let you know if they are running late and kept me updated on the project and what was happening on this project.

I will definitely being hiring them again for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Kareem was great answering the phone to come over and estimate the fair price. He was up front and easy to work.
The next day they installed the water heater and done!

We had a (seemingly) sudden clog overnight that was causing the toilets to not drain and the showers to fill with water. Called several different places first thing in the morning, and Levon was the only one who answered AND was out within a couple of hours. One place was just a recording stating they couldn't start scheduling anything for another week - that's forever when you have a plumbing issue!

Levon diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us a quote, and said he could do the repair right away. Unfortunately, we rent and had to clear it with the landlord first. Our landlord wanted a second opinion and ended up scheduling the work with his own guy. We reached back out to Levon to pay him a diagnostic fee and he said to not even worry about it. With major issues, we'll let the landlord deal with it. But we'll definitely be saving Levon's info for the future!

I had a leak coming from my pedestal sink in my half bath. Absolute arrived early, the plumber was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified the source of the leak was my son's faucet extender causing a back flow of water that was then leaking from under the faucet. I will definitely contact them again in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you!

Levon and his team were awesome! I found him on Angie’s list and he called me after submitting the request right away. Levon was very professional on the phone and in person. He wore a mask and shoe protection in the home. Levon was very polite, knowledgeable, and finished the repairs quickly!

Called Absolute and got them out right away. They swapped out the water heater and all is well. Used them in the past and will continue using them.

Had a terrible plumbing issue with burst pipes. Called Absolute and Levon and Kareem showed up. They explained and showed me the problem, gave me a great price and had me up and running fast. They saved me from a disaster. Will recommend 👌

I had an issue with my water drainage line. Levon called me back shortly and came to my home within short order. He and his colleague inspected the lines, diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix. They were prompt, efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to call upon their expertise again.

Initially thought we had a toilet emergency at 2am, but soon turned into a sewer backup. Called several companies for emergency service but none available till later...Absolute Rooter company was the one company that actually called us back and showed up within 30 minutes of calling. Replaced entire sewer pipe due to breakage by root buildup. Very efficient, professional, fair and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Absolute Rooter for any plumbing issues.

Call them to get an estimate . Tried to charge over $400. Didn't sound right. Got a second opinion. And these guys tried to run a fast one. Thank god we listened to our instinct. We saved money. I would advise everyone to get a second opinion.
