Our plumber did an outstanding job rebuilding and repairing our headache-causing sink. Moreover, he's very proactive! Strongly recommended!

Highly recommend. Absolutely great company with personable and professional employees. Put in a call on a Saturday and they were at my house in North Tahoe within an hour. The plumber, Ryan, had everything ship-shape in less time than I expected and the price was fair.

They charged me 2 hours labor when they were only here for 25 minutes. What a rip-off.

We hired them to service our AC unit. A person came in to check the unit and find out why it was not working for a short period of time. After about 3-4 minutes, I went back to check on the progress and found that he had left our office. There was no sign of him in the parking lot. I was confused as to what the resolution was. We received a bill in the mail in a few weeks. We will not use this service again.

During a water heater replacement which I was privileged to watch, your employs were very professional, cared about our needs and stayed on the job, even working after hours to complete it so that we would have hot water and not have to have them come back another day.
They were true craftsman, excellent work ethics and etc.
I have dealt with RHP off and on for many years and have always experienced there concerns for our needs as well as there doing excellent work.

Thank You for this Company. I noticed a possible leak Sunday, I called another company Monday and Tuesday never got a return phone call. I called Bruce Mackay Pump and Well Service and they answered right away got me transferred to a tech, they told me what I should do and were out first thing the next morning. Thank you for your great customer service.

Do NOT ever use this company. Incredibly unprofessional, did not fix our toilet and the refused to come back and finish the job. All Staff is super rude - could care less about anymore business( or reputation) Told me to Go spend my money elsewhere on a $1500 Job. Worst plumbing company in the area. Hope this helps anyone reading this in the future - avoid at all costs.

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. Had an appointment between 1 and 3, no show, no call. When I called, was told, within the hour, which was at 4. Did not care, nor have any explanation; seemed indifferent to people's time. Will not call again.

I cannot recommend Straight Up! Plumbing highly enough. I feel so fortunate to have had these folks do three jobs at my home! Integrity and excellent service DO matter! So happy to have found them.

I had a leaky faucet and pipe fixed through Big Bear. Experienced great service, despite complications and a functioning finished product. Would highly recommend.
