A-1 plumbing did an excellent job replacing a collapsed lateral sewer line to a 1950s old Reno home. There was potential for many complications but work went really smoothly, their crew knew what they were doing and finished a day early. The price was very reasonable, I highly recommend them !

We have used Ira Hansen and sons multiple times over the past 3 years with the most recent being today. They are always on time, professional, clean and efficient. Our plumber today was Shawn B and he did an excellent job cleaning out our line from the dishwasher to the air gap. He also inspected a gas line connection for us and gave it a clean bill of health.

Last year Straight Up installed a new hot water heater in our home when the old heater needed replacement. Yesterday one of their plumbers, Robert, came to our home to diagnose and fix a hot water problem due to defective valves under our bathroom sinks. He explained what needed to be done and provided a cost estimate. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I came home today from a business trip to a flooded garage. The expansion tank above my hot water heater had ruptured and flooded the garage.
