Reached out to Jack last week to help me with a situation that was not plumbing related, because i had worked with Jack in years past i new he would step up to help me with sending a man out to a Daycare site to get me photos, measurements and draw up a diagram for information needed to pull a building permit.

Jack the owner was great, he is honest and the price is very reasonable, he gave me a date when they would start, how long it would take to complete 1 to 2 days, which they completed installing my water tankless heater in 1 day. Called me to let me know they were on their way. His employee Keaton did a great job, explained everything and clean up everything. It looks awesome in the space where they installed. No leaks, hot water on demand and Jack called the following day to ask how everything was. I would definitely call them for any future plumbing.

Dirty plumber installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal at my office. We were very pleased with the work and the charge was very reasonable. We would recommend Dirty Plumber to anybody.

This guy charges you from the time the call comes in to the time they finish the job. So i got charged for an extra hour of work. The plumber didn’t come equipped with couplers for P-tex. He had to go out and get them which took time. On top of that, they charge a fuel fee. Poor value. Dirty is right. Morally dirty. Would never use again!

I was having a leak under my sink for a long time and he found the problem and even helped me to get Kohler to warranty the leaking faucet. His price was great. This company was assigned my job by the home warranty company. I contacted the plumber yesterday to confirm my 1030 appointment this morning. At 11 am the service tech had still not showed up for the 1030 appointment. I contacted the plumbing company to find an ETA. The owner picked up the phone and said I don't have an appointment today. I told him I confirmed it yesterday with his company. He called yelled at me and called me a liar. He told me to find another plumbing company and hung up.

Great customer service over there.

A previous plumbing company came and fixed a drain problem we were having but created another problem when they put the toilet back on the seal. We keep getting a small puddle of water around the base of the toilet that we never had prior to the previous plumber visit . When Dirty Plumber came to look at the issue, he insisted it was just condensation and refused to do anything about it. He's never getting our business again.

Btw, if you read Jack's comment below, you would think he could put two and two together and realize its our landlord who made the decision to call a different plumber to fix the problem, not our decision.

I contacted Dirty Plumber 2 days ago, regarding a noisy hot water recirculating pump, and have not heard a peep from them. I unplugged the pump, and figure I'm saving $25-30/month on gas & electricity. Thanks for nothing. Dirty Plumber will be the last company I will call fro any plumbing work.

DIRTY PLUMBER IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE IN CAHOOTS WITH FAKE COMPANY ! Contacted Jack about a main sewer cleaning. Referred me to a fake company Absolute Drain Services who in turn rip me off and never showed for the appointment.

Can’t say enough nice things about Dirty Plumber. We needed new plumbing in our kitchen renovation, including replacing old galvanized pipes. They were extremely efficient, they showed up on time and answered all my questions. And their prices are super reasonable. I will gladly hire them again for any plumbing needs we have.

Jack installed our tankless hot water heater with recirculating pump. We love it! Never runs out of hot water no matter how many showers are going at the same time. He installed it professionally and cleaned up after all was done. He even did our first service at no charge. You will not go wrong hiring him. I highly recommend him.

Have known Jack for a long time, from complete re-models to installing an RV dump to a simple shower repair! Good pricing, professional services and much better than the large companies! Very personable too!

Fast honest and affordable.

When we called them on a Saturday afternoon, we left a detailed message about the simple job we needed done (installing new kitchen faucet & a replacing a hot water valve). No one ever called back at any time, even on a different day.

We had our hot water heater quit. Call dirty plumber, I talk to Jack, he told me what the problem was. I had talk to other plumbers, they said I needed a whole new hot water heater, Jack said and did repair the hot water heater saving us $2000. I have already told other neighbors about the good job Jack did.

Dirty Plumber has performed (2) jobs for me. The installation of a smart Moen kitchen faucet and the installation of a Rinnai gas tankless got water heater. Since we move to Reno from Texas during the pandemic, we have looked for competent, honest, trustworthy contractors to help with many of our home projects. Contacting Dirty Plumber was like finding a Diamond in the Rough. It has been a true blessing to work with Jack and his staff. The jobs were timely completed and were competitively priced. For all my future plumbing jobs, I will call Dirty Plumber because I know the service and workmanship will be excellent!!!

Awesome service, have hiredDirty plumber 4 times now. Won’t use anyone else! Took care of all issues on an inspection report.Jack the owner is a fantastic plumber. We didn’t have Jack this past time however all of his workers are almost as great as Jack.

We emailed Jack asking for an estimate to replace our hose bib. He replied within 30 minutes with the price (which was quite lower than many competitors!!!); we set a date and time and he was great at trying to accommodate our needs.
When he arrived, he realized he didn't really need to replace the whole piece so he fixed everything and charged us less than the estimate!
One piece was leaking and, when we called him, he came back right away and fixed it!
He also helped with a master bathtub loose faucet!
Definitely recommended!

Jack has come and bailed us out twice. Once for a leaky toilet and once to finish the work another plumber wouldn't complete on our remodel (he also charged half the price of the other guy). He is honest, affordable and a straight shooter. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him or refer him.

During the freezing winter temps I had 2 pipes burst in my garage. The water was coming out fast everywhere. I called Jack from the dirty plumber & he stopped what he was doing at another job (with the customer’s permission;)) & came over immediately and repaired my pipes without any complications. Jack is very good at what he does, he is relatable, friendly & has the BEST rates around. Excellent customer service skills. I will only use Jack for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Theses guys are great. They are fair and get the job done right. I have recommended them to friends and all agree that they are great.

There is a reason these guys have the most reviews. I used to use another company for plumbing until he made it obvious that I should look elsewhere. Our sprinkler system main valve busted which necessitated us going without water. We actually waited for a plumber we liked and trusted for the better part of a week with no water. Total mistake.

-The Last Guy: kept feeling me out for how much he could charge me with no real price structure or even upfront pricing on supplies. Then charged the max he thought he could get away with.
-These Guys: have a standard hourly rate and will tell you prices on items before they are used.

-The Last Guy: was vague about the issues and then charged me for items that were not even used.
-These Guys: told me it was impossible for him to have installed such items and then explained why the item he actually installed was not to code.

-The Last Guy: clogged my entire house's water system with mud and debris, then took no responsibility for it claiming he was only hired to replace a single valve and had no other responsibilities after that...even though his repair caused the debris issue and he claimed that he stood by his work with a 1 year guarantee...just words apparently.
- These Guys: were upfront, on time, polite and diligent. They repaired all the issues caused by the last guy and at half the price. I guess that's what work ethic and integrity looks like.

I had the same experience as Gary. I called on Tuesday left a message and was never called back, after they were recommended by a friend. Found someone else who got back to me right and did a great job. I do not recommend Dirty Plumber if you need somebody right away.

I have been using Jack for all my plumbing needs for many years. He has done new construction and remodel work for me and is familiar with all phases of plumbing. His works is super clean and his pricing is very honest. I recommend Dirty Plumbing.

They didn't a great job!

Don't deal with Jack or his company!! I called him for a sprinker hook up install, and he was very confident over the phone about what parts were needed. Then sent a different guy to do the install who showed up completely unprepared, and ended up botching the job after 4 hours. He charged me time for his commute to my house (in midtown), showed up completely unprepared, charged me for the the time it took to go shopping for the aforementioned parts he was so confident about, then didn't have the tools to do the install, and 4 hours later completely botches the job, and leaves it unfinished. total waste. He even tried to OVERCHARGE me at $147/hr when his website says $78 for first time customers.

I am giving a 1 star review for unprofessionalism, poor business ethics, poor quality, and a complete unwillingness to right his mistakes. Save yourself this experience, and go somewhere else.

Overall, I had a great experience with Jack and his crew at Dirty Plumber. We needed a few parts installed/replaced on the main water line into the house. I spoke with Jack directly a number of times prior to his tech arriving at the house. They both shared a lot of information with me both before and after the job, shared pictures and provided a clear itemized receipt for the work completed, which was incredibly reasonable (unlike our previous estimate)! I plan to use Dirty Plumber for any other services going forward and highly recommend!

We had been experiencing water hammer in most of the pipes in our home since purchasing it a few months ago. We called Jack who was able to schedule us for the next business day. He sent Enrique, who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. No more water hammer! Unlike many of the plumbers in town, Jack doesn't charge a dispatch fee and pricing is up-front and honest. There was no mark-up for parts. Do mention the first-time customer discount, but know that you'll be glad to call Jack again!
