Bruce is totally unprofessional and Tim is a liar. They tried to replace pads on my swamp cooler and were unable to do that simple task, even though I paid them $129. Tim did not put back the roller and casing that he took off of the cooler. Bruce also threatened me by saying I know where you live in a forceful voice. Do not do business with them!

My garbage disposal broke down on a Wednesday night. I called Savage and Sons at around 8:00 AM Thursday morning to see about replacing it. Their schedule was full, so they scheduled me for a couple weeks out, with a promise to get me in earlier if possible.

Only an hour later, Savage and Sons called. They were able to fit me in! So by noon the same day I had a new disposal.

The price for the unit and for the labor was more than fair, especially considering the prompt and professional service.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .
