Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

We were in need of some plumbing work in our newly remodeled bathroom. I didn't know who to call, but went to high school with a couple Paschalls so I knew the name, and decided to give them a call. I probably couldn't have made a better choice! Bill Shores came out, gave us an accurate quote, showed up on time each day, was a pleasure to talk to, and did a great job. We'll be having him out again when we get to our kitchen.

Arrived on time, very polite and did a great job at a fair price. I will be calling NDI again when plumbing help is needed.

Andy and Mike did an excellent job with a complex install on a hot day. They both were professional, personable, engineered improvements to the AC system and worked very well together. When they discovered a fault with the main unit they immediately decided to call for another new unit rather than to try a quick”fix”.

I recommend RHP and their work.

Polo and Jef were here for over an hour, measuring, checking the electrical panel, thoroughly checking our HVAC, and discussing options based on our desires.
