Our current water heater began leaking suddenly . Mike and his associate Mack arrived as per my emergency request and performed the repairs and replacement of the water heater . They were exceptionally knowledgeable as to what needed to be done to resolve all issues in replacement of the water heater. Great service.

Bruce and Bill with Paschall Plumbing have made lifelong customers out of us. We experienced a sink that stopped draining and called a plumber from another company out to snake it. After 20 minutes we were told we would need to jackhammer our basement floor into two separate rooms to find the problem. This was estimated to be more than $7000. Before moving forward we contacted Paschall Plumbing for a second opinion where we met Bruce. Bruce is awesome, he is so friendly and helpful. Prior to us even scheduling a plumber to come out he took the time on multiple occasions to discuss the problem with us and provide us with some solutions we could try. After determining that we needed to move forward, he scheduled Bill to come out. Bill arrived within the time frame we were given and took the time to have me provide a history of the problem and past plumbing issues with the house. Then he grabbed what he needed from the truck and got right to work. At one point he told me he was going to cut a piece of the pipe for better leverage and then he got right back to it. When he came back upstairs after finishing I wasn't sure if we were going to be talking about major renovations or a miracle. Bill is a miracle worker, he was able to clear the pipe and help us avoid major repairs to our home. Bruce and Bill took a very stressful situation and handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude that made us permanent customers of Paschall Plumbing. I cannot recommend them enough!

We were very pleased with the repair to our A/C unit that Powell Heating & Air Conditioning completed for us. They arranged a technician to come out the same day, and DeMarco did a fantastic job!!! Diagnosed the problem on the spot, and even had the exact part in his truck to complete the repair. We were quoted a fair price, and our A/C is back working normally. Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.
