An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

When I couldn't get it done. I called van Allen. They set me up for an appointment for the next day. Not only did they fix the leak. They sealed up the Frame behind the spout. Great job. 10/10 would call again.

We used Tracy once again today! My husband let his fingers do the walking through the Yellow Pages and called 3 plumbers on estimates for a new water heater before calling IHS. Once again, the most reasonable and timely estimate was from IHS. Tracy was able to install it the next day, which we really appreciated. We knew our 18 yr.old appliance was on borrowed time. He was efficient & cleaned up the job site nicely.Tracy arrived right on time and got right to work! He stated the cost of the service right up front, if it was the problem he thought it would be, and it was. While under the sink he adjusted my liquid soap dispenser that my husband and I had tried to install. That was a HUGE help and most appreciated.

Jet Plumbing is a wonderful business! From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were delighted with their customer service and quality work. They redid the plumbing for the entire house and were knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and clean! They were kind enough to do a few extra things, like changing a bathroom faucet and repairing the kitchen sink plumbing while they were here instead of making us schedule that for another day, and we are so grateful! The plumbers were kind and extremely professional, and the office folks are a joy to work with (unlike some other companies we had called when doing our due diligence for the job).
