Best Heating Repair in Reno NV

Mike and Joey (and Marco from Action Electric) did a great job. The replacement of a furnace and installation of new air conditioning took two days. The work area was cleaned up after each day and the installation looks nice and clean. More importantly the heater works and the air conditioner cools the house. Good job guys!

I called several companies around me in California then decided to call Gibson Plumbing. Michelle told me that they are licensed to service California. I talked to Cary who had me take pictures of my old A/C and heater unit. He gave me options then set a date to come out here. He showed up with 3 other of his employees and had everything finished before any of the other companies would even look at it. The job is clean, it worked the first time. I am very happy with their work and I recommend them to anyone needing work done.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

BE SO CAREFUL !!!!! they just try to sell new units about 10k+, i think that is almost stealing, a technician named David come and says a lot of things saying that was all the unit because is old from 2000 year and that we need to replace all the a/c, we look for a new opinion and told us just was the capacitator qas about 96 dll, no the 10k that this company wanted , also I think that a lot of this 5 stars reviews are fake or something,

When the pilot light on my water heater broke they were able to come out within a couple days. They identified the problem right away, but unfortunately didn't have the parts on hand as I had an uncommon brand of heater. They called around and were able to find the parts from a local supplier, picked it up, and installed it, all in under two hours. Would definitely call on them again.

My 20 year old water heater started leaking on Friday night. They came same day and closed the tank and drained it. The tank was replaced the next day. I took their lowest of the three options given to me. Their service was excellent, but ended paying 2 to 3 times I would have paid if I have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's. They said it is one of the best water heater and the ones available in local stores are not of good quality. Of course they threw me bunch of free stuff like 6 year annual maintenence of the water heater and three inspections per year of heating and cooling for three years, etc. Still I felt the cost of the water heater was three times the cost of best one available in HD or Lowes. I blame myself for not checking the price in other places before committing. I thought it would little higher than local stores but not this much.

Knowledgeable kind plumbing woman took care of all my problems in just over an hour. She was professional and did quality work. Double checking even under my house to guarantee it was working properly. My go to for any plumbing issue in Reno. I'm terrible with names or I would have it.

The tech arrived at the early side of the window and had all parts necessary for the repair of the furnace. Very professional and the repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The tech didn't mind answering a number of questions that I had. I will use this service again.

bob Lamb is a joke, of a man and awful business owner. he did work on my house and just postponed appointment all summer...now the heater doesn't work...than he comes to fix the heater and the ac unit doesn't work...he leaves before the job is finished. awful customer service. will be contacting bbb and other routes soon if my unit is working properly
