What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Airmakers was very responsive when our HVAC unit went out during the worst of August heat wave. By the end of the day, a technician had evaluated and we were set up for the installation of new unit. They even supplied us with two window units for a few days until the new system was in place. Excellent customer service and communication. The best possible outcome for our situation.

Our technician installed a hot water heater and completed other plumbing repairs. He displayed integrity immediately by explaining every step of the process to us and inviting us to observe his work. After he left, we noticed the smell of propane gas that required the response of the fire department. As soon as our technician was made aware of the leak, he came out and corrected the error, issued an apology, and added further fail-safes to his work to ensure the safety and longevity of the equipment. We are extremely impressed with our technician's workmanship and character, and we are pleased with how he handled this incident.In our effort to get in touch with our technician upon first noticing the leak, we were met with an extremely unprofessional customer service representative. I called at 8 pm, and she said that there were no technicians available until 12 pm the next day. I shared how scared we were to have a potential gas leak, especially with a one-year-old in our house. She said that there was nothing she could do, that all of her technicians were busy, and to call the fire department. My husband got on his phone and called the fire department, and they were at our house within 5 minutes. Two fire trucks worth of firemen entered the house, found the gas leak, and mitigated the issue.Meanwhile, my husband and I continued to try to explain to the customer service representative that we needed a technician at the house immediately. She put us on hold at least four times before returning to say that nothing could be done. All she was able to do was message her boss on a messaging app, who reportedly was not at his desk right now and is unable to respond.I shared with the customer service agent that if I got a call from a scheduled technician that there was an emergency gas leak at someone else's house, and they needed to postpone my appointment, I would be more than happy to accommodate those in the emergency. The customer service rep had the nerve to respond that because it's been so hot out, they had a high volume of service calls and could not help me. I knew how hot it was because I was standing outside my gas filled house, so that was a hurtful thing for her to say.The day after the incident, we received a call from Lou, the general manager of Michael and Son. He had taken the time to listen to our 45 minute phone call with the customer service rep. Lou explained that there is a protocol in place to escalate incidents such as ours, and that the customer service rep ignored the protocol. We needed to have a dryer vent moved. Dillon and Michael were dispatched. These two young men were super. They were efficient, neat, courteous, and completed this difficult job quickly. They made sure all debris was picked up and that I was completely satisfied with the work they had done.

The installation on my Pack was perfect. No cracks everything is sealed. They bent over backwards to do everything I asked of them. It doesn’t really matter what brand system you buy as long as the installation is competent. Bell Cow is competent, friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to take time to communicate so the customer understands.
Doug Has always been my service technician And they don’t come better. I will not let another company service my system. Thank you very much Bell Cow for giving me good old-fashioned quality.

3-11-2019, A power surge or some other problem caused damage to our system’s circuitry that was very hard to diagnose. Bell Cow did not let the problem go until they found the source of the problem and repaired it. Our system is once again performing flawlessly.

Staff is very professional and helpful with all my questions. Very easy to work with my schedule and to assist with all my questions. I definitely recommend Raleigh Heating & Air. Great customer service! This company really cares about their customers!!

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They installed an HVAC system on my property, said they would pull permits, added thousands to put it up to code and (1) They DID NOT PULL PERMIT! so now I have an un-permitted HVAC system, (2) an un-permitted HVAC system will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and (3) the $2,000 they charged me on top of the cost of the system to bring it up to code was FALSE - they made it up to take another $2,000 from me. They saw a middle aged, kind woman and thought they could scam her - well guess what? I am an attorney and I will NOT let you get away this!! This is criminal, fraudulent activity and negligence as well since you have installed something that I CANNOT have inspected! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Somewhat pricey-- but you get what you pay for. Good jobs on both my ac units and my plumbing. Recommended.
