Best HVAC Duct in Raleigh NC

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

They came out to repair one of my AC units. The technician came out - was quite arrogant but I left him alone. He came with his diagnostic which I later found out was wrong. They charged me almost $300 for diagnostic even he was only at my site for 35 minutes. They never send me an invoice but just charged my credit card. Calling them - they never call back. I have used several HVAC companies and this one comes down as the absolute worse!!!

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

This company is awesome. The people that work here are kind and eager to help you. Pam Johnson was a big help in particularly to me. She helped me in my decision on not putting anymore work to the 30year old unit that was a money pit and finding something affordable. This company gives you many options to choose from. You cannot go wrong with this company. Everyone is friendly to talk to which makes a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Jorge Rodriguez was on time, polite, thorough in his electrical inspection and troubleshooting for our home. He identified our problem, offered a range of options and performed the corrective work on the same day. I would not hesitate to contact Blanton’s again for any electrical, plumbing or HVAC issues. Very impressed with their level of service!

Shane was verty helpful and didn’t try to talk me into just repairing. He offered to have someone come out and tell us about a new system so we could decide what to do- either repair or just replace.

The furnace was not working the next day - inside temp was 61 degrees although thermostat was set at 72 degrees. Called and same technician arrived to correct the malfunction.

The plumber from Newcomb ..... his name is Linwood. He arrived promptly at 8 am. He is very respectful,professional and knows his job well. He repaired 2 items in a timely manner and offered advice on a possible future issue. I will request his services going forward.

Technician was very professional, he wear a mask (+ for me). Was ok with me asking questions. He was efficient and polite. I didn't choose this company, my warranty company did. My ac is still working, so I am happy.

I have had Rural make a few repairs (HVAC and Plumbing) and then a full heatpump replacement over the past 10 years I have been in my home. They are organized and easy to deal with. I have shopped their price and they have always been competitive.

I did have these people to switch my water pump since July 22,2020 it is August 20th when I’m writing this review it is not fixed when they said it is going to be fixed it took one more week for them to fix it, if they are willing to do it they been payed since day one they said we will be there at margin of time they NEVER come on time.. I’m so sad when I think theres companies like this they don’t care about doing the job right they just go for the money

I have used Sonny's for our back flow inspection for the past two years. Just the other day I contacted them for a leak in at one of our rental properties. I told the lady/dispatcher that I needed someone ASAP. She kind of laughed but then the next day I got a call from Dave and he had it fixed within 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend them!!
