Best Water Testing in Raleigh NC

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. We hired Midtown to conduct a presale plumbing inspection for a home we were looking to purchase and we were very pleased with this decision! Our home inspector was able to identify things that may or may not have been a concern in the plumbing system but Jason the plumber from midtown quickly identified all kinds of potential issues, laid out relative costs to repair/replace and generally just gave us a lot of great information to make an informed decision on in regards to this house.

I have used Weathermasters for over 4 years now and every time they come to my house to address an issue I have or do annual heat/cool checks, they are exceptional to deal with. First of all, they are always on time and always put a mat down at the front door to clean their shoes on top of wearing booties in the house which means a lot as my wife and I have a very clean house. And the service techs are always polite and courteous and address the issues without trying to add more work to what needs to be done. They are very fair and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Fuller Services just installed my new water heater. They were very professional and responsive. They gave me the best price. No gimmicks. They did a great job. Very happy with their service!!

We had a sink disposal start to leak, so I spared my Wife from any failed DIY plumbing attempts and called CK's Plumbing & Backflow. Sean from CK's Plumbing & Backflow came out to replace it and both drain baskets, and he did an excellent job at a fair price. I would highly recommend CK's Plumbing & Backflow for any plumbing needs.

Contacted Bolton to put in place a re-circulation pump on my hot water line. Frank the technician (courteous, prompt, respectful) completed the work in less than one (1) hour and 30 minutes.
The pump listed retail at $360, tubing and tee est. $50 max.
Why did the Brian the service manager proceed in charging me $1479.98 (the estimated price). Labor, disconnecting my hot water line, purging the tank, placing the pump in-line, installing a tee under my sink.
This is a prime example of a company who gouges customers, whom employs a service managers who has absolutely no people skills, and has no ability to separate logic from the non-reality.
I would not recommend this company.
I will never do business with this company ever again
I have both invoices, mails, and recorded conversations that clearly express the act of trying to take advantage of the customer.
To add insult to an already injured situation, the receptionist Kelly called me the next day of receiving the severely reduced invoice and made an attempt to collect...all the while - the payment was sent via US mail the same day of receiving the more realistic invoice.
Again, if you do not want to share my pain...avoid this company!

Outstanding service once again by Jason and team. Going out of their way to find us the best solution to our issue. Arrived when promised, completed the work quickly at the price quoted. Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldn't ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who we'll call from now on.

My unlucky night (a stopped up toilet overflow AND water heater leaking) turned into my lucky day when Jason responded to my frantic phone call. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional from the get go. He explained what he could do and what the outcomes might be for my old plumbing system. He shared valuable advice based on 30 years of experience, and he had everything fixed in a couple of hours and charged a REASONABLE price! I am thankful and would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had Sweetwater install a new water heater in my house. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and the installer were very friendly and helped answer all my questions about the new heater/install.

They quoted the exact amount that the install would be, and worked with me to verify the heater I wanted would work.

Very great group of people and I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any future projects.

Today ( 2/23/2021)I had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Anthony. They did an awesome job with locating the leak/repair in my front yard. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done. I definitely will continue to use CPR for my plumbing needs!
