I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. He was direct and very fair with his prices. He made my day and we could'nt be happier !! I am passing his information along to all my friends. Thank you Drew for your hard work today !!

Great experience using their service as a first time customer. Chris and Ray were extremely professional and easy to work with. Both were very friendly and assisted me with my clogged garbage disposal. They also gave me tips on how to unjam and prevent future clogs in the disposal. Plus, the added bonus was that they were right on time and I did not have to wait around for them. I will definitely work with them again for any future issues.

After years of trying to find plumbing company that we felt comfortable with to offer superior service we finally found one, Optimal Plumbing Solutions. Brad King came out promptly in the middle of an emergency when our tankless water heater stopped working. He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, kind! He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Our solution turned out to be an electrical one and he referred us to an electrician. Optimal Plumbing Solutions is the company we'll be calling for our plumbing needs!

When you have water pouring into your basement that won't stop when you cut off the main water valve, you need professionals and you need them fast! Billy Soames and Eric Grimes crawled underneath my very wet house, determined the source of the leak (which is not so easily done in a plumbed and re-plumbed 1890 home) and dug and dug in the pouring rain. I almost cried with relief when they were able to completely repair the broken pipe without having to dig a huge trench from the house to the main water line. Kudos to the office staff, Valerie and Amy, who managed to get them out for this emergency and are always understanding and ready to help. A great company and wonderful people.

Jason called us the day of our appointment to give us an estimated arrival time (which we appreciated!). Once at the house, he and Steven were courteous and professional. They assessed the job, diagnosed the problem, and completed the work promptly. They were fantastic and the price was very fair. We will absolutely call Jason again if we have any other plumbing issues!! Job well done!

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.
