I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew really cares about the work he does, as well as ensuring his clients fully understand their options. He thoroughly investigates before diagnosing and offering next steps. He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. He is a true professional, and delivers high quality work. As a female home owner - I really appreciated his directness, and his extra steps to ensure I understood what was happening and why.

The service was done quickly and effectively. They were able to look at the problem and fix it in the same day. While price was a little high for a good fix, there were options for a quick fix (~$400) or long term solution (~$1500). I was also made awear of any issues that could arise as they were unable to enter the house. Overall it was a good experience and I will be using them again for the long term solution when I have the money for it.

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. We had a great experience with Sweetwater Plumbing. Mario diagnosed the problem and replaced our main gate valve, pressure reducer valve and fixed a leaking tub faucet. I will not hesitate to call Sweetwater Plumbing again in the future or recommend them to friends.

I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.
