Best Water Line Leak in Raleigh NC

My shower has been messed up since we moved in our house. Wes came out and assessed it and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! I will definitely be calling RTP plumbing for any future needs!

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

My home warranty contracted us with Fasco for an undiagnosed leak in our kitchen sink area.

They gave me a 1 hour arrival window same day as the issue was reported to the warranty company. They replaced our garbage disposal quickly with coverage from our home warranty company, and the plumber was very professional and helpful. We ended up with a better garbage disposal than the one we had before.

I am now considering hiring them again for some out-of-warranty work on some components that were not covered by our warranty contract. I highly recommend using Fasco.

Our toilet in our half bath was leaking around the base. I tried getting in touch with other plumbers for weeks and they all flaked out on us. I called Jayk's this morning and they were out the same day to fix it! The price couldn't be beat either. I'll definitely be calling them again next time we need a plumber.

Trustworthy work.

I submitted a service request on their website for a leaking toilet and to look at my kitchen sink that occasionally doesn't drain. Their communication and responsiveness were great. I was given a quick estimate range based on what I keyed in the request box, knowing that it could change once they arrived and saw the issues. They were early for the appointment and cleaned up everything as they worked. I was thoroughly impressed and I'll definitely use them again.

Great service. Technician was fast, professional, and 20 mins early! Installed a replacement whole house filter with a bypass.

Scott called ahead of our scheduled appointment to verify what was going on and what needed to be repaired. He arrived on time and ready to start working. He replace our water pressure tank and updated water plumbing lines creating a better layout and easier access for me to replace future filters! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Frank Castaneda did an outstanding job he has done work for us twice already so I give him a review 2 times. First time we had a sewer pipe that needed to be fixed and he was able to repair that no problem. Second time our shower started leaking through the ceiling and he came out on an emergency visit. He was able to find the problem and fix it right on spot. I would highly recommend him. Great work and very polite and professional.
