I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I can highly recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions! They were professional during the entire process. They provided quality service and were punctual for both the estimate and repair. We had a lot to fix, and it was an overall good value. They offer a discount for multiple projects on the same ticket, this discount helped a ton!

In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck.

We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running.

Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing.

They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet again!

Note: I did not take photos of the outside issues, but here are some before and afters of the guest bathroom: new shower, old shower, new tub, and old tub.

I have a HVAC service agreement with Bolton. Curtis came out with his very pleasant disposition on a very hot day. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He answered every question and was very informative. He even cleared some weeds that was behind the unit and got rid of a snake. Now that's some kind of service! He informed me that my capacitors were not doing what they're supposed to do at the rate they're supposed to do it. He explained exactly what all that meant. I got new ones. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase. I knew they were the original ones for the unit. All and all, I had a very good experience with this company and their representatives.

I selected Your Service Pro based on these reviews to replace a hose bib at my mother-in-law's house. I was so impressed with Jason I immediately scheduled him to replace the water shut-off valve at my house, which he did today. I have found our plumbers, and I'm confident you'll be pleased as well. I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!
