I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Every step of my interactions with Midtown was a refreshing change of pace from my experience with any other trade company. It's super easy to schedule an appointment whether you call or use the website (if you call, someone actually picks up the phone!) Jason was assigned to repair our leaky faucet and shower head and took the time to explain everything to me, walked through our options and told us what to expect. He and the rest of the Midtown crew exemplified professionalism and doing business the right way from top to bottom. We reached out to have Art of Plumbing install our dishwasher since Lowe's was a month behind. They were very responsive and were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We woke up to a leak in our ceiling, water everywhere. Called on a Sunday morning and Nick showed up in less than a hour! Nick was extremely polite, professional , transparent about the fees and prices, took the time to make sure before he left everything was clean and made sure our plumbing issues were resolved. I personally wouldn’t use anyone else but CKs plumbing and will ask for Nick. He made a unfortunate situation so much better. Thanks Nick!!!

During the backflow test for our yearly safety inspections. We had a valve break in the off position.
