Best Tankless Systems in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Came within two days of my calling. Very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.

My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... Terry is very genuine, a wonderful man to work with.

I called midtown plumbing on Friday for a kitchen sink that is backed up. They sent out a technician, Tim, to take a look. He attempted to fix a suspected clog but was unsuccessful. He then went into my crawl space and determined that my old pipes need replacing, and quoted me a price for the work. I paid over $200 for the time he spent that day, and we agreed that he and another employee would come Monday or Tuesday to complete the job. This morning (Monday) I called to ask when they would be coming, only to be told there was ‘a miscommunication’ and they couldn’t send anyone out until Friday. I pleaded with them to try to stand by what we had agreed to, timewise. The receptionist said she spoke with the owner and that he said there was nothing they could do to move my appointment sooner. My under sink piping was left taken apart and I suppose they expect me to wait a week without a functioning kitchen. I’m highly disappointed!

When I spoke with the owner in our ‘recorded phone call’ he acknowledged that the technician should not have promised the work could be done Monday or Tuesday without first speaking with the scheduler, and that he would talk with Tim about that. But of course he fails to acknowledge that in his public reply. Instead trying to make the customer feel responsible for the ‘misunderstanding.’ Wow.

Furthermore, a plumbing service was recommended to me by a family friend. I contacted this company and the owner was very sympathetic to my distress over my plumbing issue and came out all the way from Durham immediately on Tuesday and fixed the issue for $400 less than I was quoted by midtown plumbing. Now that’s service!!

Stefan performed the task of cleaning my dryer and air ducts and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, careful and made a point of showing me before and after results. All the vent grates were cleaned and sanitized. He was courteous and responded to all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Service Experts and Stefan!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Will Fuller and his team replaced several bad float sensors in my septic system. They were extremely professional and took the time to answer my questions. I plan to use Fuller Services for all my future septic system needs. These guys are top notch. Don’t waste any more time looking, just pick up the phone and call them. You won’t regret it!

Mike, Matt & team are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, skilled, efficient and clean. We had a fair amount of work done- replumbed all indoor plumbing; installed frost-free outdoor spigots, installed utility sink; replaced water heater. Waite Plumbing has processes and procedures for all the types plumbing work they offer. They arrived with a team of skilled plumbers, provided a detailed estimate, kept to their timeframes and had scheduled an inspector for the day after the work was completed. We're pleased with how the job went, start to finish.

Lee called ahead to tell me that he was on the way. I addition to this, I also got a text of the same and an email including his photo so I could recognize him at my door - I really liked this safety feature.Lee was extremely considerate and very friendly. He knew exactly what my heating system was and the problem he was here to repair based on notes and photos in the file that Heating Experts maintains on my system. He explained the repair and showed me the location to monitor should future problems arise. He showed me his documentation of the work he did including photos. He also provided me instructions for how to use my phone app to better control the heat parameters in my home.

Earlier this week I found water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. I originally hired Bizzy Bee plumbing to diagnose the leak, since they had great reviews online. They charged me $105 for 5 minutes of work just to cut a hole in my ceiling and look at the leak (had I known better, I would have just cut the hole in my ceiling myself). They claimed that a glue joint on the drain pipe was not done properly and was the source of the leak. They offered to fix the glue joint at an additional cost of $400!!! I declined the offer.

Since the house plumbing was done by Poole’s plumbing, I gave them a call, and they forwarded me directly to Robert Poole. Considering the situation, Mr. Poole was incredibly polite and understanding of my concerns. He explained to me that it is a very simple job to fix the glue joint, less than an hour of work, and so $400 was an outrageous price to charge. He was explained that it is extremely rare for one of their glue joints to leak, since Poole’s Plumbing test their drains by filling them with water for 24 hours when the house is built.

Mr. Poole sent one of his supervisors to diagnose the issue the next morning. They had found that the glue joint was completely dry and not the source of the leak, this means that the Bizzy Bee plumber had completely misdiagnosed the problem and I would have paid $400 for nothing. They quickly resolved the issue at a very reasonable price.

CK's has been my plumbing go-to company for a few years. My latest need was a sewer line clog that recurred and needed video camera investigation. Kyle came out (on time) with the camera, identified the problem area quickly and was able to assess the extent of the repair that would be needed pretty easily since the broken pipe turned out to be only a few inches below the ground. It was a relief to finally know the cause of the problem. He scheduled the repair for two days later, was right on time for the appointment, and did the job quickly and painlessly. Then, he and his crew member put everything back in my garden exactly how it had been before they started the work, mulch included! (They saved the mulch in a bucket and put it back on top of the area they had dug up.) Excellent job, quick and efficient, and I must also note that everyone at CK's wears those little booties on their shoes so as not to track any dirt from their shoes in my house. Just wanted to note this because not all service companies do this, and homeowners really appreciate such a small but important business practice.

Update 2+ years later: I'm still using CK's for various plumbing needs and am still very pleased with their service. All plumbing technicians (as well as the gals in the office!) are great: knowledgeable/skilled, professional, courteous, respectful, and personable, too. Pricing is reasonable and for some tasks substantially lower than other companies. I will continue to use CK's and highly recommend this company.

Too expensive double the price from market need to go with this guy as hesitated to wait more time from others , the issue was related to tankless water heater

During the backflow test for our yearly safety inspections. We had a valve break in the off position. It was very late in the day on a hot July Friday afternoon, and our building was completely without water. 919-Plumber literally came to our rescue. Our water was back operational in no time.
