Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. I had an intermittent hot water heater issue. The unit is a good one, but it is ten years old. Instead of insisting that the unit be replaced (since the normal lifespan of a water heater is pretty much 8 to 15 years), Eugene discussed options with me. We decided to just replace the thermocouple and clean up the burner.

He charged me a reasonable amount and said that if this did not correct the problem that he would give me a discount on a new hot water heater. He also helped me flush the hot water heater as he replaced the part. He even followed up via a text message when I had a question after he was here.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

After a couple of false starts, these guys worked hard to get the right part, get it installed, and make sure we were happy with the service. They stayed committed and Raji did a great job sticking with a tough project.

Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction.

By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink. Long story short N W POOLE Well & Pump communication and customer service sucks. Called fuller services. Made appt. To get pressure tank replaced Mr. Ken and Mr. William showed up on time changed out my tank, let me use 10% off first time customer before starting the job, were professional and informative. I appreciate the great service and timely completion of job. Thank you guys will call and suggest your company to friends.

Chester (Curtis) came to perform an assessment of our HVAC system. I was impressed the minute he walked in the door. He immediately was able to setup our smart thermostat correctly....something even the security company rep could not do. Curtis then inspected our entire system. He took pictures of all components and identified problem areas. He was able to perform critical repairs right away...which he documented with pictures as well. Curtis was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a five star experience!

Do NOT recommend. In brief, my AC stopped working. Air Experts tech told me I would have to pay $2,100 to replace the compressor. I got a second opinion, and turns out the only problem was the the breaker switch had to be reset. Sounds like a scam to me.More details:Air Experts tech spent quickly concluded that the problem was a bad compressor which they could take care of for $2,100, and this is a good price because the unit is only 2 years old and parts are under warranty. My gut told me this is way too expensive, so I got a second opinion. Another company came by to provide a quote for compressor repair, and they said the the compressor was fine, and the only problem was a tripped breaker. They reset the breaker, verified everything else was fine and I paid them $80 for the diagnostic visit. AC has been working great ever since.I called Air Experts to file a complaint about the tech, but the operator said all he could do was take a message. I also sent an email. It is now more than 48 hours after I contacted them and there has been no response.
