Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

We worked with Joe on many complicated plumbing projects in our house. He was so great to work with. Knowledge and profession. Can’t thank him enough for all the time he dedicated to fixing leaks, clogs and helping us with a DIY bathroom remodel. Chris was also present on many of the jobs and equally a great to work with We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again in the future!

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had a great experience hiring golden rule plumbing to do some work on our 1950's plumbing. Joseph was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He also let me know what things I should keep an eye on and what things could use attention. I really appreciated his approach and their pricing.

Our AC went out on a Saturday night in August, and we have a baby so it was critical to get fixed ASAP. Technician Rodney Pope came to the rescue way after hours and was able to get our AC running again. He was informative and explained all the details. Will definitely use again and recommend to our neighbors.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

He started with a call to say he was on his way. Sent a text so I could track him. When he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed my problem in about 20 minutes. Gave me other information that was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Working with Raleigh Water Heater Guys was fantastic! They were responsive and performed great work. I used them to replace my hot water heater and they managed with doing that in a tight space in a closet. I will reach out to Raleigh Water Heater Guys for any future work and would recommend them to anyone!

Don’t have enough good things to say ! From the first call, late on a Saturday, to the actual visit, the fast install (Water Heater) to a corrected piping system - the whole team was so responsive, professional and the work was top notch. 10 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone !!

David has helped diagnose and quickly resolve issues for us twice now! As new home owners, we've found it is hard to find contractors who are responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. David is all of those things.

Most recently, we had sewage backing up from our downstairs shower drain - not something you want to ever experience, especially when you're nine months pregnant! David came out the next day - earlier than he originally promised - and resolved the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable rate. A true lifesaver!! Would highly recommend.

Today 5/15/14
Gary and Scott came out to my house on to put a tank-less water heater unit when all of the sudden the weather turned out bad. It started to down pour outside.

When I went to check on Gary and Scott they were still working as if nothing was going on.

I asked them if they were OK, to see if they needed an umbrella or anything else...... they said. Mr. Cadavid you do not have hot water and under any condition we will make sure the job is completed.

That response blew me away. It is this kind of dedication that makes Poole's plumbing stand out from the rest.

Once again I know I made the right choice by selecting them to come out and do this major plumbing/appliance replacement for me.
