We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

Bill from Midtown did a great job for me. I have a sewage pump in my basement and Bill was able to get me a new lid for the tank, replace the pump and repair/update the pipes as needed. Bill called me and explained how it was better for me to wait a day for the lid he ordered and then fix everything at once to same me time and money. So on the 2nd appointment , Bill showed up on time, explained everything, gave me accurate estimate and did a very good job. I asked him for his card so I'll remember to call Midtown again if/when I need them.

All these things I mention I was unable to communicate with other companies when I was calling around for a plumber. Midtown phone operators explained to me I could buy my own sewage pump to save me money and time on the installation. Other companies wanted to supply the sewage pump which then they up-charge me a price.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! Let me start by saying how satisfied I am with the work David Dobbs did today. I'll called him at 7:20 this morning, he called me back in two minutes, and excepted the my job to replace the water heater. David told me he would arrive at my place at noon but to my surprise he was here 15 minutes early. After a 40 minute diagnosis, he was off to the plumbing supply house to get all the materials needed to replace the bad water heater. At 3-ish we were sitting at my table for payment, the water heater was installed, and David was on his way. I would recommend David to anyone because he's courteous , affordable, and gets the job done in a timely manner.

Ease came out and fixed our clogged drain when no one else could. Thank you Dan!

EMERGENCY INSTALL: Had new waterline installed from Aqua Mainline after line-break on older home property. Words do not express the normal frustration trying to get something like this fixed.

Westover came to my rescue quickly and professionally, going beyond the call… The fellows on the job were so friendly and helpful. I definitely will be using Westover services again for new Hot Water Heater and home plumbing improvements.

In my entire life never had such an experience!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the plumber and had to ask them to leave my property immediately. Got the whole exchange on our video cameras, was willing to provide to management but MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Owner would not even return our calls. I would advise staying far far far away from this company.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
