We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

I called Golden Rule to replace my toilet and when they got into the job, there were other issues with the flooring needed to support the new toilet. The guys worked quickly and effectively fixed the support under the house to install the new toilet. I was extremely pleased with the way they came up with the solution and properly fixed the problem and installed the new toilet. And the price was reasonable! I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Midtown is the only plumbing vendor to call in wake county if you want your job done efficiently, on time and for the best price in the market. I purchased 2 high end heavy one piece toilets for my upstairs bathrooms on Black Friday 2020 and had them delivered to my home. For over a month I have interview more than 6 vendors to have them installed. Few would quote a price on the phone, and the ones that came to the house before giving me a quote all had hidden fees and up sell tactics. My call to midtown was answered immediately, a price was quoted and a quick date was set for installation. Russell the installer, arrive on the date, on time and called 40 minutes prior to arrival. Two hours later everything was done and there were no variations in pricing from what I was quoted-which by the way was $300-$400 less than any other vendor. If you appreciate customer service and professionalism, and also want the best price in the market-make them your first call.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Top notch plumber!!! Cannot say enough good about Drew! He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet for us quickly, cleanly, and professionally. His prices were beyond fair and he was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time! He did great work. Went above and beyond by checking our house water pressure as well! Could not recommend more highly!

I returned home on a Saturday from being out of town and found that both outside faucets were frozen. I had removed the hoses but left the splitters connected. Both faucets were old and leaking. I was concerned when the weather warmed up on Monday a leak might occur while I was at work. Mike was so kind, he came out on a really cold Sunday and quickly replaced both faucets at a very reasonable price.
He is knowledgeable, dependable and honest, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Air Experts installed and maintains my HVAC systems. I have always had a great experience with them and their service members. Todays, my repair wasn’t as extensive as initially quoted. Some other companies may have just performed the unnecessary extra work, but Mark ensured everything was working and saved me some money. My water bill had jumped $30.00 and I thought I had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Roto-Rooter came to the rescue, determined the problem- small leak in floater--didn't increase costs with unnecessary parts, just replaced what wasn't working. Friendly plumber, efficient service and cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with the work-done. 3 days before Christmas!

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.
