Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. Eugene was a pleasure to deal with. He allowed me to send him photos of the job and provided timely and reasonable estimates for the job. He communicated efficiently, offered several approaches to solving the plumbing problem and allowed me to make a decision on which solution worked best for me. He arrived promptly and he and his colleague, Dennis, got to work quickly. They replaced a faucet in the master shower, which involved cutting a hole in the wall to access and replace the 21 year old valve. They also patched the drywall to a rough finish. While he was here, I mentioned two other plumbing projects I had on the back burner and he offered to take care of them all for a reasonable additional fee. He installed a new outside faucet and also adjusted the water pressure and checked the expansion tank of the hot water heater. Eugene explained everything he was doing was very friendly and helpful. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had a fair amount of work done- replumbed all indoor plumbing; installed frost-free outdoor spigots, installed utility sink; replaced water heater. Waite Plumbing has processes and procedures for all the types plumbing work they offer. They arrived with a team of skilled plumbers, provided a detailed estimate, kept to their timeframes and had scheduled an inspector for the day after the work was completed. We're pleased with how the job went, start to finish.

Torrie Jones has been our service rep for many years. He is always professional and very good at air and heat system maintenance. But he goes over and beyond the call of duty to provide proactive customer service. After experiencing an unhappy sales meeting with a Raleigh Heating and Air sales rep, and we decided to repair the old system, and look for another company to purchase a new one. When Torrie arrived with the part to repair the old unit, he insisted the unhappy experience was not a norm for his company. He encouraged us not to invest in the old system. He immediately called his office and scheduled a meeting that day with a senior sales rep. We purchased two new units , and those systems have run beautifully for two years now. We also have two air systems which are also performing beautifully and we have not had any service calls in the years we have been under maintenance contracts. Torrie Jones is definitely the kind of employee who goes the extra mile to ensure his company deserves a 5-star rating!

I have used CK 3 times now and they are truly an awesome company. They installed two water heaters in a small crawl space and they were quick, water heaters work great! Recently, I had a leak at the main well line and they came out within 48hrs and fixed it. We used Jason and 919 Plumber because we were having an issue with our septic tank and toilet. Jason called back very quickly after we reached out and scheduled to come out on Tuesday to assess the situation. As promised, Jason and his team showed up on time, Tuesday and got right to work figuring out what the issue was. He gave me all of the information and when I decided to go ahead and get the work done he scheduled to come back Saturday after he order the parts. Wednesday Jason texted me and stated that hw was able to come out Thursday instead of Saturday if that was OK. I agreed and as promised he and the team came out and replaced the septic panel and the septic pump. Jason advised us of some things we can do to upkeep the pump and ground. I appreciate all their hard work and them keeping me in the loop along the way. If I or anyone I know has any plumbing issues in the future 919- Plumber will be be our first call!
