Best New Heat Pump in Raleigh NC

Horrible customer service. They fixed one problem but created another problem. Would not return my calls. Don't waste your money.

I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.
Job not completed.

I called Service Experts to come out and troubleshoot a temperature problem in a downstairs bedroom. The bedroom temp would be 5 or more degrees cooler than the rest of the house. Two techs came out and said my blower motor was bad and I needed to at the least replace both the blower motor and control board. The preferred solution was for me to buy a $18,000 new heat pump. I questioned their solution so I had 2 other HVAC contractors come out and take a look. They both agreed that the dampers just needed to be adjusted. Once the adjustment was made the temp difference has balanced out. Stay away!

Mike was very informative and knowledgeable about the product. We have decided to change out our HVAC system and have made an appointment for Monday, April 15th. Mike was not overbearing and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. It was just the opposite---it was a very pleasant experience for us.

Eugene and crew had a competitive bid and did a great job! They installed a tankless water heater - and it works perfectly. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on locating the unit to provide space for other equipment - Other bidders would only provide the installation approach they had used before.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I called them for our AC issue, agent scheduled immediately and we hung up.
They called me back after a while to remind me about turning off the broken AC until they arrive. It was very kind to show that they care about their customer. They are on the way for the fix but I just liked the way they treat you.

David was great! I called on a whim because I needed a faucet replaced. He had a cancellation and turned up within the hour, replaced the faucet and some other 50 year old parts all within a couple of hours for a great price. He's a great guy too and I highly recommend him.

These guys were the only plumbing company to answer our distressed crisis call on a Sunday morning. We had a solution by the afternoon and a total fix by Tuesday. They were honest, efficient, knowledgeable, quick and kind. They had fair prices. I will absolutely use them again in the future, I just hope I don't have to!! I like you guys a lot but it's never good when you gotta call a plumber. Thank you!! 5 stars!

We got a new washer and upon hooked up, water back flowed and not draining properly. This is a problem the previous owner didn’t disclose. We called Optimal Plumbing and they came out and snake the pipe and also looked at the piping in the crawl space. When he left, the problem still didn’t get resolved. He quoted additional $400 plus $600 to straighten the piping system in the crawl space claiming that was the problem but had me sign a statement that the problem was solved.

The Tech was very polite and professional.
