Best Home Water Filtration System Installation in Raleigh NC

We've had to call Midtown Plumbing twice in the past month or so for a couple different issues. Let's face it; these types of situations are never fun, but both times MP made it as painless and seamless as could be expected. Estimated cost was provided before work was done and one of the times we were given two options depending on how conservative we wanted to be. Both times the tech who came out was super friendly and professional. He called ahead to say he was nearby and could come early if it was convenient - so much better than companies who give you a window and you sit around waiting forever!

Great experience working with Peaches Plumbing. The owner Josh was on time, very personable and provided excellent customer service while effectively repairing a leak to my faucet. He also recommended several replacement options to my faucet in order to fit my budget. Will definitely call Peaches again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely incredible service! I called at 5am on a Sunday and a person actually answered the phone, took my information, and Monday morning I had a repairman at my house. I have never had such an experienced repairman. He had looked up my system before he got there and knew things I didn’t know. The previous owner had a warranty. He was able to transfer the warranty into my name. He found filters I never knew existed. He was very thorough, not in a hurry, showed me everything he did on his phone video. Very impressed with this company and especially the repairman.

Keith and his son were very courteous, professional and efficient when they came to repair my garbage disposal. Call them for all your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve spent 1000s of dollars with this company and they just can’t get it right. Every couple of months something is broken. I told the tech I’ll pay for a whole new system I just want a working hvac system. He told me that everything had been replaced in my system and I’m good for another 10 yrs. Well they’ve been out here 3 more times since then. I told them to fix everything I don’t want to have to pay another diagnostic fee, I even signed up and paid for the preventative maintenance. They came out and looked at it for the maintenance and said everything is working and I’m good to go. I’ve had to reset my pilot light multiple time since then and now it isn’t working at all. I called them back and told them I know what is wrong and I’ve spent 1000s of dollars with you already and I even signed up for preventative maintenance but my HVAC still doesn’t work after they’ve been out here multiple times. They still said they would charge me a diagnostic fee. This company will rip you off as much as they can. The girl who answers the phone laughed at my frustration and when I spoke to the manager he told me to take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. They do not value their customers!!

Arbor Plumbing and Backflow is the best! I had to have a backflow inspection ASAP, but they were able to come within short notice. I didn’t know that there was a problem with the backflow, but Mike offered to fix it right away for a very competitive price. Compared to my previous backflow company, this company is top-notch! This company has an amazing service and I look forward to working with them again for a long time! Thank you so much Mike!

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Great personality and desire to do a great job.

If I could give zero stars I would. I filled out the form online yesterday. They called me in a reasonable amount of time. We discussed my issue and sent pictures to them as they asked. Then all communication stopped. I left voice mails and texts. I noticed another person had the same issue with them in another review. They said there was a miscommunication. Impossible here as they called me first and responded to my previous calls and texts. They gave me their number. Super unprofessional and definitely unreliable. Buyer beware!
