Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

First, let me add that I have zero clue what I’m talking about plumbing wise. I want to give them the best review, but I’m sure I won’t do them justice!We had some plumbing/leak issues and Dustin and Brad came out for the first time on the 2/24, they were very nice, informative, and professional. They were unable to find the leaky culprit right away, so they had to return after the restoration company came, at that point they found the problem and fixed it quickly! I would recommend them to anyone!

Had low pressure in my house, and after having a different company come out without resolving, I called Roto-Rooter so see if they could give me a second opinion. They completely missed my original appointment window by almost 3 hours, so I rescheduled for the following day. Austin S came out, made a quick assessment, tweaked my PRV slightly, and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes (note that the prior plumbing team actually made it worse by doing the opposite).Giving this review 5-stars only because of Austin's professionalism, thoroughness, and attention, and not because of Roto-Rooter in general (probably more like 3 stars for making me waste an entire afternoon for a missed appointment).

Fred was very helpful and professional. He didn’t leave until the job was done right, even spending an extended amount of time to find the correct part to complete the job. The team did a great job communicating which is a huge plus for me when dealing with vendors and service providers. I would recommend this business to anyone.
