I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The gas water heater replacement was preformed in a very professional manner. Installation looks clean and functional. Kyle made sure that we understood what he was doing and why. Upon completion, Kyle showed us how to operate the system. This was the second time we have had CK'sPlumbing service our system and we have been completely satisfied both times. Highly recommended.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

It is nice to work with a company that delivers great service at a good price. I had my main waterline from the road to the house replaced last December and CK's quoted the best price and seemed like they would be good to work with. Turns out they were great. So when the sewer line backed up at 4:30pm on the 5th of July they were the first ones I called. They were able to have Sean here at 9am on the 6th and he knew exactly where to start. He was very professional and after snaking 90 ft of line finally hit a clump of roots and everything opened up. Since Sean and Anthony were so nice I asked about, and had them video the line to look for the problem. At 90ft he found roots penetrating the line where it empties at the tap in the street. The rest of the line was clear which give me the piece of mind to know if this happens again exactly who I will be calling. Since I have used them 2 times in a year and both times have been excellent service at a very reasonable price I don't have any problem recommending them to anyone that needs some plumbing done.

From the first contact Matt *listened*, asked questions and presented options. Replacing an aging water heater (which had to be removed from the attic) with a new system was a large task. After working out details, never feeling rushed and having all questions answered, the team showed up on the day of the job at the stated time, addressed some last minute questions onsite to make sure everyone was on the same page before beginning, and proceeded to continue answering questions. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable and willing to make sure all steps and results were understood. Was it messy? Yes, but the cleanup at the end took care of the mess.

Called Lane Plumbing after two other companies were unable to unclog my sewer line. The second company said they may be able to unstop clog by using a light and then a backhoe in the yard for a price of $2800 +, I called Lane to get a third opinion and I'm so glad I did. They gave me an estimate over the phone, sent two plumbers out to assess and repair the problem for less than 450. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Give them a try.

Electrical repair! Bernardo was great! Pleasant, answered questions, professional, a really nice guy, got the job done! A person who was power washing our home got water in outside electric box which shut off power on the start of a holiday weekend. Thanks to the great service from Michael-and Sons it was repaired! I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
