I've used their services many times in the last 20 years and always been more than satisfied with their service!! Excellent customer service and very professional. They are my go-to plumbing service.

We have a 100 year old house that requires a lot of maintenance and upgrades. Pete's has been amazing. All of their techs are great to work with. The office is communicative and responsive. Great experience.

Horatio and David installed a line from the street to my home today and did an exceptional job! They went above and beyond to help put everything back the way it was and there were difficult rocks and mulch that needed to be moved. They did it efficiently and with a a smile😊 Their plumbing work was superior as well!

We had a clog between our duplex and the street that meant both units were without working toilets. Within an hour of my call the drain was cleared. This work was done at midnight. The plumber was professional and friendly. I always choose Pete's Plumbing when the need arises.

I had them fix the leakage from my tankless water heater. Furthermore they recommended a maintenance service on the heater as well. I agreed. A few months later, it started leaking in the same area where it was allegedly repaired. They returned to fix the same problem again - he moved the tube which was previous replaced (turned out to be too short) during maintenance service & water was gusting out like crazy in the same area. They ordered a larger similar part to prevent the leakage from reoccurring in the initial area . I missed 2 days of work for them to fix it again. Now they sent a new bill for the replacement part & service cost for their incompetency. How dare they charge me again. I was told they have so called “warranty” for their service. Horrible customer service or poor quality of repair. I will never use they again!!

I needed some basic work done, and one not so basic work. Remove and install two old toilets and move one of them to the back room. Change out and install a new vent on the water heater, winding it correctly through a patio cover. There isn't much about toilets, but it is hard work. Josh worked through the morning, switching them out and installing the new ones. The nice part was his finish work: a very careful caulk line around the toilets, which turned a hard job into a work of art. The replacement of the water heater vent was finished in the same way. What before was a rusty vent that leaked at the patio roof line turned into a nicely done vent that didn't leak during the recent May rain in Socal. Josh was a pro all the way.

Customer Service is like DMV, ZERO to NONE/ I called to get a quote for a broken water line. Your company needs to train the people that answer the phone to have manners and some customer service. If you fail at the phone you will fail coming out to my home.

Highly Recommended. Been extremely satisfied with all the work they’ve done, and will continue to be my first call when I have a plumbing issue.

Needed a toilet installed that I purchased separately. Quickly told me it wouldn't fit. They came back same day as I got the correct size and installed it. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Call 'em up!

While visiting family, the HOA of our elderly parents’ building called Petes Plumbing to inspect and diagnose a leak in a second floor unit that was believed to be coming from our third floor unit. When we first spoke with the plumber, he had not inspected inside the ceiling of 2nd floor unit at the time they decided that the 3rd floor must reset a toilet guessing that a leak in the seal was the issue. We then called and spoke with the general manager, who was nice and responsive (many thanks to Patricia). It was only after the GM spoke with the plumber, Ron, and called us back that we were advised the plumber had opened the 2nd floor ceiling and found it was the 3rd floor toilet leaking. After the information from the GM and discussing, we agreed to the toilet reset but the plumber refused to do the work though he was still on property. This seems poor customer service as well as poor handling by the HOA.

I’ve called Pete’s twice now when I was in a pinch, and the service was fast and the techs were kind and professional both times. I recommend them.

Conesold me a brand new garbage disposer but instead just reset it cleaned it out and it was good to go. Then checked out a couple of other things that weren't even on the menu. And left with only the cost of a service call. The plumber they sent out seemed to really know what he was doing.

I contacted Pete's and scheduled on 11/2/22 to replace my gas shut off valve . He was a man of very few words but I guess at the end of the day, what matters is whether or not he was able to complete the service correctly. He did those two things and then was on his way.

About a week ago I tried reaching out to them because I need work done in two of my units but have yet to hear back from them. The work I want done this time isn't critical yet but trying to get it taken care of before we even get to that point.

Things happen, people get busy so I'll try and reach out again and hopefully get it resolved.

Great service, reasonable pricing. They installed a tankless, electric water heater and a new shower valve. (Moen, pressure balancing, with stops/shut-off valves)

The 2 guys were very polite, careful, explained everything, carefully moved the bedroom furniture. (they went thru the bedroom wall to replace the shower valve)

Exelent service

Tony is amazing! I had at least 10 plumbers look at my shower and nobody could figure out how to stop the dripping without cutting into the wall in the next room and replacing the whole unit. Tony did it and it is working great. He was professional and efficient. I am grateful that the dripping has stopped and it isn't going to cost 2000 dollars. Thank you Pete's and thank you to Tony!

Calling a plumber can be as painful as going to the dentist. Not so with this Pete's plumbing biz if you are lucky enough to get the field supervisor as your plumber like we did. We live in a 17 story high-rise.when we called to make an appointment we were told that they just happened to be a plumber in the building. That was lucky for us....some plumbing businesses insist on having to make an appointment no matter where their personnel is. The plumber was absolutely fantastic. He did the job we called him for quickly and inexpensively . He also did a smaller extra job for us without complaint. Clean ,thorough, reasonably priced , pleasant. How many times does one get to recommend a plumber? Usually never. Not true with this business

Called and Vanessa was very nice and promptly set me up with an appointment the next day. Jat was the technician and he was very professional and courteous. My whole experience was positive! They are a credit to themselves and Petes plumbing!

The absolute worst company. Slow, uninformed techs, lies to cover incompetence. Over charges. NEVER AGAIN!

Customer service was very nice/professional. So, that was good. We thought for sure the plumbers would be professional as well. Nope. We have a toilet that's clogged (main needs snaking), with a broken wax seal - they did nothing. Literally, nothing. They werent even at the house long enough to do any work.

They came to my house for only a few mins, said we can't find the access point - without even looking around. They had to be encouraged by us to actually walk around the house and even check the street (it is possible it is on the roof but they said they won't go up there. And, if a plumbing company doesn't go on the roof, this should be information that is told up front.) We never really even got an explanation.

We asked them to at least fix the wax seal and they told us we have to fix our toilet ourselves and walked out. (Which I have but hoping to save myself the hassle by hiring a company.) It was a bit surreal. They seemed like they couldnt be bothered to spend more than 5mins at the house, and explained nothing/did zero work. So, I wasted half a day and still dont even have a working toilet. I'm really disappointed in this company. Bummer, because the Yelp reviews were good, as was the customer service, which is why I went with them in the first place.

Quality work

Vince at Pete's Plumbing got my old style tub regulator fixed. Even though the part was officially no longer available from the manufacturer he found a way to piece it together. His expertise and commitment helped with what would have otherwise been a costly repair.
Highly Recommended company with top notch employees.

Frank did a great job. He quickly identified the issue with my tankless heater and returned a couple of times to install parts until he had fully resolved the issue.
Tony had also helped me on a prior experience and equally, professional and knowledgeable.
Lynette equally, is very helpful and responsive whenever I called for help.
