My shower has been messed up since we moved in our house. Wes came out and assessed it and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! I will definitely be calling RTP plumbing for any future needs!

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

I had extremely low water pressure after installing a new faucet (myself), and the tech came over and realized immediately what the problem was, and fixed it in about 5 minutes. These guys are the best! After another plumber that I've used in the past didn't show a couple times I gave them a call and they came right out. They had everything they needed to fix our leak on hand and were very reasonably priced. I very highly recommend them!

I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I had a really positive experience with Midtown Plumbing. It was easy to schedule an appointment and I really appreciated the text with the picture of my technician. My technician Matt was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through several options to fix my issue. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Andy has serviced our HVAC system on multiple occasions. He showed up this morning on time and quickly diagnosed a problem with an air handler. Needless to say, the problem was quickly corrected. He is an asset to Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning. I highly recommend him.

I became familiar with Cape Fear in July , 2022. I have a 3.5 year old Trane unit that to say the least was a problem child from the time it was installed. 12 visits by four different companies including the installer did not solve my 3.5 year old problem. Enter Rodney Pope of Cape Fear. One diagnostic visit and a next day return with the proper part and my troubles were over in the month of July. I have since needed further service on the same unit and had the same great experience with Rodney Pope. He is a credit to Cape Fear and to his HVAC industry.

First we agreed on a price to migrate from a single sink vanity to a double sink vanity in a bathroom. They came and put in pieces to plumb both sinks which then allowed me time to finish sheetrock and paint. A different crew then came and hooked up the double vanity. It is now working as planned. I had contacted two other plumbers who wanted nothing to do with the project. Very professional, nice demeanor and good communicators.

He provided next day service, was on time, provided quality work, cleaned up, and all at fair price. DO NOT let the lack of google and yelp reviews deter you.
