Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Very pleased with the work done by Scott and his crew. He installed the plumbing for a new vanity which required modification to the existing plumbing going from a pedestal fixture to a vanity fixture that needed an exhaust vent in the basement. Great job.

Nothing but great things to say. Called at around 10am. Showed up at 10:40am, and done by 11:15am. Pretty darn impressive if you ask me. Work was done properly from what I see. Will certainly change review if that’s the case but all looks great. A little more expensive than expected but not unreasonable. We called Mr. Fuller because he had done work for us before. This Time we called he came out to get measurements for a shower install. That was in April, we waited and called NO RESPONSE. On May 30 th. They called and said they would be out on June 1st. To get started at 10 Am. No call no show. Finally got ahold of them in FB messenger, we asked for a refund. So far no response to any calls or FB messenger messages. I called about a week ago got some one on the line finally after about a month. She said she would tell the owner to call me back, so far nothing. This is going on way to long. Not happy with them at all.

I called because I thought I had a plumbing link somewhere in my ceiling on my 2nd floor. The technician arrived (I was at work so my sons met with him) and I spoke with him on the phone. He advised me if he had to open the ceiling it was $540 and he may need to open it up across the room to access the pipe. I had no choice but to say O.K. He also advised they don't repair the sheet rock. Well in the end, he said it was not a pipe and felt it was something with the A/C. So he repaired nothing, did not find where the water came from and I got a bill for $624. He only opened up a section of the ceiling about 2 ft x 2 ft. Based on this, I would never call them again and would not recommend them.

We have done business with Cecil Davis Plumbing for more than 15 years and have always been very happy with their level of service and value. Our house is at the age where we're changing out hot water heaters, updating plumbing fixtures, etc and every time we have needed them their technician has been prompt, professional, and got the job done at a very fair price. I once 'strayed' and tried a friend-of-a-friend's plumbing company....was quoted $900+ for the handful of items that needed doing....sent them packing, called Cecil Davis Plumbing and they came out and did the same work for about half the price. Avoid the guys who advertise all the time - you're the one paying for it! Cecil Davis Plumbing is the right pick!

We called Plumbing Services of Raleigh, and David said he could come out the same day. And he did relatively quickly! AND it was his birthday! Talk about great customer service.
He and his team did such a great job, and they were so friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again.
