Best Drain Test in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

I live in Charlotte but I had heard about Midtown Plumbing through friends so I had my brother and his wife reach out to them when they had some issues at a new home they purchased. The response time/service they provided was great and the cost was very competitive with other plumbing companies. I would definitely recommend this company to other friends and family in the future.

He answered all of my inquiries and concerns and provided me with advice and future recommendations of which I appreciated. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

My house is a little older and when installing a new drop arm the old piece broke off. Neil came out before his service window time (which I always appreciate), explained my options, the process for each, as well as the cost. He was in and out in 40 minutes and did an amazing job! PlumbV is still my #1 go to plumber!

CK's Plumbing did a great job from start to finish. I wanted to replace 2 toilets. And after reading reviews, I knew exactly what brand and model I wanted, and from which store. The customer service representative at CK's Plumbing was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She assured me it would be easy to coordinate the pick-up and do the installation. The cost was better than other quotes I had received, and with a lot less hassle. The installers were professional and fast. I wish every project could be completed as smoothly as this one. For about 10 years I have had a service contract with Bolton Construction Service. One of my cooling units is 13 years old and the other is 22 years old. The heating units are also over 10 years old and with their annual service all 4 units continue to operate as new. Their technicians are well trained and courteous and will not try to sell something you don't need. About 5 years ago I had an emergency plumbing problem on a hot summer weekend and their technician was here within an hour after I called and fixed the problem. Providing great service at a reasonable price has kept them in business 93 years.

Cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Jason. His solution to our major water pipe issue saved us a tremendous amount of money. He laid out the plan from start to finish, even after being surprised at the current configuration. It was pretty funny the look on his face when he saw how the water pump was previously installed. All he could say was Now that's scary lol

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
