We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

I had extremely low water pressure after installing a new faucet (myself), and the tech came over and realized immediately what the problem was, and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Due to the nature of the problem, he didn't charge me! I hope I don't have any more problems with plumbing, but I know who to call if I do

We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This company has the most fair pricing, is the most reliable, and honest. They were good communicators, gave us a fair price (we compared multiple companies in the area and this company was the best price for the exact same services that everyone else was offering), and they were extremely honest. They opened the water heater they had brought and noticed it had dents on it. They refused to install it like that and drove back to the store to get one that was in new condition. I was amazed at this because it took extra time out of their day. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.

Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Got a new hose bib installed that is more centrally located for my wife's garden. They even installed an extra shutoff (at no extra cost) in the crawlspace to prevent it from freezing on the outside during the winter. The team was responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Very happy with their work and will continue to use them for future plumbing projects.

What an awesome company! I got to speak/meet with the owner directly when scheduling the initial appointment and getting a proposal. When the work was to be completed, he told me he would be sending his expert technician out to complete the work. He wasn't lying! His technician was, indeed, and expert and had my system installed to perfection in very little time. I'm sold; never using another plumber besides Westover again.
