I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I needed the under sink components replaced so I called Midtown on a Monday morning, they sent Rob out to me within the hour and he fixed my issue with ease and was extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend this place!

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I'm really lucky I've discovered the Art of Plumbing team here in Raleigh. It's so difficult to find a real experienced and responsible plumber here in the area. We had a lot to do in our old house kitchen (instead of move-in house we accidentally bought ourselves a project last month and now all we're doing is solving problems - some of them is plumbing related). Eugene and Dan did the job professionally: precise, polite, responsible, with attention to details. Very reasonably priced. I couldn't wish for more. 5 stars, guys. Thanks a lot! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

He evaluated the problem , explained to me what was needed to be done and ordered the parts. He came back installed the part and everything is working properly. We had a leaking water heater in the garage and we called around to a few places and finally found these guys! Will with Fuller Services came out to my home and diagnosed the water heater issue as a leak that was not repairable. He and his team quickly got us an estimate that was very reasonable, after agreeing to the estimate, the Fuller team began putting in a new water heater for us and in no time we had hot water again! These guys are fast, reliable, and on time! Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great plumber!

Waite Plumbing provided a turn-key piping replacement project for our home.

They changed out our entire home's copper pipes to PEX, as well as replaced, sanded, and painted the sheetrock that was removed to replace the pipes. So impressed and happy with my service from Bolton today! The scheduler was very courteous and I was able to get a same day appointment. My service provider, Eric, called to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. Eric was able to not only fix the problem that I had requested service for quickly and efficiently, he also discovered the reason for two other issues we have been having. So relieved that they are both something that can be fixed! Eric is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and HVAC, and was so considerate to always wear shoe covers in the house.

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.
