Rob Stevenson did a great job repairing a backflow preventer for my irrigation system that broke in the freezing weather. He showed me how to isolate, drain, and remove this equipment to prevent this issue from occurring again. Additionally, he ensured my nearby water meter was fully dry after he was done, since the leak had flooded it. He went above and beyond my expectations for any plumber or technician.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

Matt was great! He installed our new gas fireplace log set today and it’s a great addition to our home. Matt worked quickly and efficiently and explained all safety and operating procedures. Very pleased with the service.

It's hard to find a good plumber. Fortunately, those at Fuller Services did a fantastic job. They were easy to schedule, on time, and personable. It was easy to get in contact with the assigned plumber as needed, and they shared information freely. The completed work was good quality as were the products they sold. On multiple occasions, they were very accommodating to ensure we were able to get everything switched over the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water for more than a couple hours. I highly recommend them!

Ray and Chris were out to do 3 tasks: fix hot water shut-off valve on bathroom sink, flush the 3yr old water heater CKs installed in 2019, and change out pressure valve to house ( was 25yo). They showed up a bit early, after calling first, which was super. They were knowledgeable, very efficient, professional. Wore booties in the house. Cleaned up all work spaces. They were both very pleasant, easy to talk with. We will definitely use this company for all our plumbing needs and have recommended them often. Had a question the next morning, sent email and got reply as soon as office opened. Great service!

Terrible, they scheduled between 8-12n, didn't call, we called their office 5 times, the manager never returned our call. The service technician didn't show up to our home until 6:40pm. We asked for them to take money off of our bill for the inconvenience and poor customer service, that was an argument they offered to remove $60. Will not EVER use them or recommend them again, EVER!

We chose Matt from an online search. Liked the small business aspect and especially the story of growing while retaining an eye towards family. Everyone one on Matt’s team (on line, on the phone, in person) has been prompt, courteous and extremely professional. The work performed has been excellent. The timeframes and quotes have been spot on.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
