Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I called Eugene and he was able to come out the next day regarding some whistling sounds in my pipes. He came in and quickly determined the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Pricing was very fair and I'm very happy with his service!

I also wanted to say that I appreciated the little things Eugene did: he was prompt, sent detailed text messages, took his shoes off each time he walked through the house and even did a quick very minor fix on my outside faucet.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I've used plumbv twice, and both times they made no real attempt to fix the faulty part, instead they immediately suggested a full replacement part with an insane markup. The first time, I wasn't totally sure this is what was going on. But the second time, I had a stuck garbage disposal, and the technician didn't even look at it before telling me it would need to be replaced.

And with the high dispatch fee, you feel like you can't reject the ridiculously high replacement price or you'll be out the dispatch fee and still stuck with a plumbing issue.

We had a polybutylene pipe develop a leak above our kitchen and the water started pouring out of one of our recessed lights. I called CK's Plumbing and they were able to send a plumber out within 3 hours.

Tim and Joey were very professional and quickly located the suspect hot water pipe and repaired it in no time with minimal tearout of the ceiling and wall. I truly appreciate their knowledge, cleanliness, and professional attitude. They not only repaired the leak, but went above and beyond to postulate possible causes and tested some of those theories on the spot. After determining an additional issue with my water system, they offered to rectify it on the spot.

I truly appreciate their efforts and have already recommended CK's Plumbing to a couple neighbors who have the same issue that caused our leak. It is a comforting feeling to know you have access to a company like CK's Plumbing.

Still not sure drain is clear. Waiting for problems. Took forever and charged 330. for a single kitchen drain. Scratched up our wood kitchen floor. Said so sorry and that Roto-Rooter did not have insurance. Technician seemed minimally trained. We asked to speak to manager or get his name. Refused. Technician called manager for us to speak. Heard manager say he would not talk to customer and for the technician to go outside to talk. Claimed they would come and look at floor today. Worst plumbers I have ever encountered and as an architect, I see plentyUPDATE:On Monday, Nakwan Walker of Roto-Rooter came and reviewed the situation. He was very accommodating, intelligent and helpful and indicated that the technician was green and would be going back to training. They are paying for the floor.repairs. Remain wary of who comes to your house and make sure they are experienced! Seems like luck of the draw....

Bolton was easy to schedule and on time. Rhe plumber who came out, Devlin, explained everything he did, answered all our questions, and did great work.

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
