It’s kinda of odd to say that having plumbing repairs is a great experience, but it was thanks to Golden Rule. They were so easy to work with regarding scheduling and special requests. They were very professional and the quality of work was outstanding.

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

We had an unexpected request over a holiday weekend and Michael personally called us back during the holiday and sent someone out to help. Even with the last minute request, they were fairly priced and super responsive. Our neighbors have also used and had similar positive experiences. Will definitely use them for future work! Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We got many estimates on plumbing for our master bathroom remodel. During demolition, we saw that we had outdated plumbing so we then needed to add a plumbing re-pipe to the list of plumbing needs. But when Mike from Waite Plumbing came out to give us our estimate, he was like a breath of fresh air. He took a lot of time with us, showing us what he would do. He also told us that we could ask him for feedback/advice at any time by text or phone as we shopped for the fixtures for our bathroom. This help was so valuable and reduced my stress so much. I know nothing about plumbing parts so he would send pics of the different rough-ins that were needed from the place that I wanted to purchase them. It was such a relief. His price on the work was more reasonable than other estimates we got. He also quickly and easily took care of the Town of Cary Inspection and made that process completely painless, whereas other plumbers had told us that an inspection could be sidestepped, while others said the inspections would be a headache and our responsibility to get done. I was overwhelmed. But it was no problem at all and the inspectors came very soon to our home, while some of it was done virtually. The team that came out to do the work was great. After the work was completed we had a couple of tweaks that needed to be done and they quickly came out to handle those. Today one of my new delta faucets in the master bathroom was dripping. They came right away, and since they knew it was probably the cartridges (factory defect), they stopped to buy them before they came. They installed them and just requested that I get the replacements from Delta using my warranty, and then they will come by to pick them up. They didn't charge me anything for labor. This was unexpected and very nice. Special thanks to Fermim and Matt and the others there. Great service!

Great experience using their service as a first time customer. Chris and Ray were extremely professional and easy to work with. Both were very friendly and assisted me with my clogged garbage disposal. They also gave me tips on how to unjam and prevent future clogs in the disposal. Plus, the added bonus was that they were right on time and I did not have to wait around for them. I will definitely work with them again for any future issues.

Our toilet backed up two days before Christmas, and after calling a few others we were worried that no one would be able to respond until after the holidays. Roto-Rooter not only showed up that same night but quickly resolved the issue and provided a quote in a straight-forward way. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.
