Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

Great service

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I had plumbing work done today by Bob and his coworker Frank. They arrived promptly, got to work right away, were very courteous the entire visit and even took the time to communicate by phone with my husband as he was unable to be here for the service visit. The work included replacing a filter housing and relocating it to our garage (per my husband's request). The completed work looked amazing and they cleaned up any and all mess created in the relocation. I was very impressed with their work, how quickly it was done and the professional manner in which it was done. I'm so delighted to have clear water again coming into my house from our well!! Austin with Roto Rooter did an amazing job replacing my leaking water heater and his professionalism and customer service was truly exemplary to say the least. Austin did not only do the installation but was insightful and willing to educate me on the issues that needed to be address, as well as patiently explain to me how the overall system operated so that I was better prepped for my own preventative maintenance. I got way more than a new water heater but knowledge about what makes it tick.In addition to his openness to educate he was overall genuinely easy going and a joy to talk with. He made the whole experience which normally would be aggravating and overwhelming more personable and engaging. I could not speak highly enough to my friends and family about the experience and the superb service that Austin provided. I hope to avoid any future plumbing issues in the future but without a doubt I know who to call when it occurs.

Bolton services came to help me solve a water main leakage problem and I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Brian was very patient in answering all my questions and showing me exactly how things worked and what was going on so there would be no surprises. The office staff is always courteous and prompt and you can tell this is a top-notch company in every respect. Highly recommended!
