I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

System put in by AirMakers about 7 years ago. The system was never registered with Carrier so when we purchased the house and when the indoor blower motor stopped working of course it wasn't under the 10 year Carrier warranty.
It was discovered that they put the wrong wires in for a 8KW heater which could have over heated the unit and caught on fire.

Luckly, through a recommendation we found someone who knew what they were doing.

We’ve been using Service Experts for almost five years and have never been disappointed. I’ve had technicians come out on Super Bowl Sunday at the last minute and most recently Daniel Brown came out and helped with some routine maintenance. Don't bother calling if you need emergency service, even if you have a service contract with them. Here's my story - WeatherMaster installed the gas pack with another owner of house about 9 years earlier, I have a service contract with them. I woke up one winter night and it was 50ish in the house, nothing coming out of registers, I go grab a space heater just to warm up the bedroom a bit. At 7am I call their number, guy answers, sounds half asleep, I tell him my issue, he asks for my address and says they can be there around 10am. Ten am comes and goes so I call to get the status, women tells me that they have no record of the call and overnight service can't give times, so sorry abou that. It's a Wednesday morning, says next available appt is next Tuesday, 6 days later!!! But she tells me that she'll go talk to someone and they can surely get it earlier, I ask her to call me back once she knows. Later that same day I've received no call back so I call, same woman answers and tells me she spoke to fellow employee and nothing can be arranged at this time any earlier, says she'll call if anything comes, could be 30 min notice. In the meantime I research the model myself and perform a reset and all is good now but I would stay away from any company that can't bend over backwards to help a customer in need, people can't wait 6 days to get the heat back on.

I spoke with one of your technicians, Justin Byrd, about getting our A/C unit upgraded and he was very knowledgeable and professional. After speaking with technicians from other companies, I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service.

Hunter was great. Professional, explained what he was doing and provided tips on keeping the unit(s) healthy and running efficiently.

Was able to get same day plumbing service for clogged toilet. Assigned plumber was warm personable, professional & efficient. Fees for service was reasonable w/ warranty. Will definitely use company in future if need arise.

Two days ago we were without heat as our 3 year old gas boiler furnace suddenly quit working. I called the man who installed it but his voice mail said he wasn't available. And he wasn't available yesterday morning. I was referred by my AC vendor to Newcomb and Co. doubting that a large company with mixed reviews would respond to a new customer who was without heat. The receptionist's first words were, You're without heat? I'll get someone out there as soon as I can! Wow! Three hours later Richard showed up, replaced an internal switch, cleaned up the boiler unit, and departed leaving me grateful for rapid response and comfortable heat in our house. Ned Yellig, MD

UPDATE:
I decided to give Bell Cow another chance and I am glad I did. The representative was professional, honest and had great customer service skills and even helped us with planning our future projects. The job was done faster than I expected and he even help us save money on repairs. I though we needed to change both faucets, but after looking at them, he confirmed only one needed to be changed the other was actually still good.
I will be using Bell Cow in the future and based on my last experience I am updating the review.

I believe in supporting local businesses and I decided to give Bell Cow another try. I did not receive nor was I given preferential treatment or discounts on my service request. I am also leaving a summary of by old review below:

- The price quoted matched our budget expectations.
- With every quote you get, make sure you get it always in writing including the warranty promised.
- Water install went great but there was a miscommunication on the labor warranty.
- Called office for months before I could get a response back but once they responded, they were able to provide answer to my questions.

Lucas and Walker were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Welcome back anytime - but hopefully not soon!

I called because my disposal was leaking--they showed within the time window provided, assessed the situation, and decided to put in a new disposal. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They took all trash, left the warranty with me, and were respectful of my home. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs!

They canceled on us twice before they made it out to our house . The salesman was amazing at first . They did a terrible job and we saw no improvement in cooling our upstairs. They left trash in our attic and blocked our attic access door. The kid technician had a tantrum on my wife when she asked him a question . Then our bill came and they over charged us . The salesman hasn't returned our calls . Would not recommend .

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee
