The prices were more than what was in my budget unfortunately so I used a more competitive company.

Our toddler flushed a toy golf ball down the toilet and we didn’t know. The toilet was used for #2 and clogged. I tried to plunge it which triggered a massive toilet throw up that resulted in an inch of poopy diarrhea water all over our guest bathroom floor and I couldn’t shut the water valve off. The woman (kim?) who answered the phone was so nice and helped calm me down while she got my info and reached a tech (I was having a massive meltdown with my newborn). Ian was the man who cane to help and he was very nice and professional and seriously so nice. His boss cane too who was also very nice. They got it sorted out for me and kept me informed of all the steps along the way. Thanks Ian and team. Major crisis wasn’t as bad as it could have been. Thanks!

Larry provided a prompt and reasonable estimate of the work on Friday and was pleased to have the work schedule for the following Monday.I was very happy with the work done and completed by Chris and John. The technician Terrance was very nice and professional. He was able to come in and identify the problem with my unit. He fixed the problem quick and explained to me what was wrong with it. Thanks for great customer service and for fixing my unit.

When they only came to service my unit under the contract I had, everything was in perfect condition. Then I had a technician contacts in the unit replaced. He said the cost would be $295, and that included my service contract discount. He NEVER told me the price of the parts and said I needed them or the heat strips would stop working. I watched him replace the parts and in took him a total of 10 minutes to unscrew 4 screws and replace the contacts. After he left, I checked the price of the parts myself online, for the exact ones he put in, and the only cost $15 each! $15 and 10 minutes cost me $295. I called the owner and her was going to remove the new ones and refund my money. Then ten minutes later, he called me back to say he changed his mind and wasn't going to remove them and refund my money. They never gave me a breakdown in price to let me know the cost of the parts and they completely overcharged me for parts and labor! Then made me feel I would be without heat if I didn't replace them now! I do NOT recommend them and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for their unethical and unprofessional practices!

Appreciate the level of service I receive from Air Experts. They communicate well before and during the service call. I always know exactly who is coming and when. Jonathon was on time and professional and took care to leave my home in as good of condition as when he arrived. I work from home, so having others working inside the house while I'm on calls can be challenging. Jonathon was sensitive to that and went out of the way to be quiet and discreet. Thank you.

I have used Sonny's for our back flow inspection for the past two years. Just the other day I contacted them for a leak in at one of our rental properties.
