I was extremely pleased with Kevin's work. We have a complicated plumbing situation that 4 other plumbers turned down and one said it would take 2-3 days. Kevin was cheaper and took less than a day. The results were clean and professional. You can tell he cares about his work.

Mr. Rooter service dispatcher was pleasant, alert, and responsive on the phone. Service men Hal and his assistant Jose arrived soon after I called. Examination was quick and Hal’s explanation of options and prices was clear. They were efficient and effective and kept working on the problem until they cleared the drain. Explained what they found and showed me pictures of pipe interior including root blockage. Left yard/ site clear and in order.

Our hot water heater broke and made a huge mess the day before traveling home for Thanksgiving (no family visit for us this year.) Lowe's said it would be 2 weeks before they could fix it, but George and his crew were able to repair it the next day. No one enjoys being in this situation, but it helped having friendly, knowledgeable folks come help you out in the time of need. They did a great job during the entire process! The company was prompt with my installation from Lowe's, with the scheduler calling on Sunday to set up an appt. Jeremy arrived on time, was pleasant and considerate (wore shoe covers) and completed the work neatly and expeditiously, assuring the dishwasher was operating and not leaking before hid departure.

Mr. Sampson is a terrific plumber. I wasn’t sure if I was in need of a new water heater or if it mine could be repaired. He was already out on another call but promised to stop by to take a look at it to. He stated an estimated time of arrival and he arrived at that time without delay. He is knowledgeable and honest. He gave me options. The work he did was done in a timely, neat, professional manner. He even called back to ensure I knew how to operate my new water heater. I now have a new water heater and a warranty!

Owner came out and spent significant time explaining exactly what I needed and the pros/cons of upgrading to a tankless vs a straight replacement. Answered all of my questions and after the replacement helped me with my denied home warranty claim.

Kasseim and his team were responsive and fixed my clogged tub in quick order. They also went the extra mile to check the pipes from another room feeding into the clog. Very good communication and knowledge, would use again.

Anthony was hired to reseat a toilet and followed thru to make sure the entire system was working properly without asking for more money than what was quoted.
