I wii never use anyone else besides the duo of Hal and Jose from this particular Garner branch. The were professional through and through! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

The repairman was on time and wore a mask when I asked him to. He was there no more than 15 minutes, and easily cleared my walk-in shower drain. I appreciated the quick fix, but I feel that I was overcharged for the service.

Very fast and quick service. They were going to pull out my toilet and charge over $1000. They put the snake down and I only ended up paying $400. GREAT WORK.

The technician Mr. Rooter sent out for the first job was well qualified and I was quite happy with his work. The one they sent out for the second job was completely inexperienced. It was a 2-hour job that took him 9 hours to complete. He took 3 trips for supplies. His soldering job leaked because he didn't clean the joints and tried to solder the fittings with water in the pipes - an impossibility. He over-tightened threaded fittings until they leaked! He used pliers where he should have used wrenches, thereby galling the fittings. He didn't know that quarter-turn cut-off valves are ball valves, a fact that any plumber should know. He brought no pails to collect water spilling out of cut-off pipes, thereby having loads of water filling the floor of the kitchen cabinet and running out onto the kitchen floor. He brought no towels to clean the joints before trying on the fittings or to wipe up the spilled water. I had to point out that he had hooked up the refrigerator supply line to the hot water line! His clothes and boots repeatedly transferred mud and dirt from the crawl space to the kitchen, of which he took no notice nor made any effort to clean up. I swept and mopped the cabinet and kitchen floors myself several times over the 9-hour ordeal. I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone after my experience with this technician!

Called yesterday to schedule an appointment. Was told availability would be between 11 and 3. Took my day off to wait around for this crew. Received a call later in the day Advising they would be late. Received another call advising they were still coming and their last appointment was 10 minutes away from my home. Got a call from the technician telling me he was actually 30 to 45 minutes out. Canceled as I had to leave after waiting here all day.

General Manager Amy called to tell me the sob story of being short staffed etc. Which doesn't take into account misinformation. I get it but I didn't force them to take my appointment.

I was still frustrated but didnt lash out too much until the general manager proceeded to tell me there are more important things to worry about like those dead kids in that town.

Are you serious? That's what you teach your staff to say to rationalize poor business practices?

Stay away from this business like the plague.

Mr Rooter was third plumber who looked at problem and only one with a solution that did not require tearing up concrete.

They sent a technician out quickly and he got the job done. Toilet is still working, so I’m satisfied with the company.

The service technician from Metro responded quickly when I had a clog in my kitchen sink, responding within 5 hours of my call. The technician did good work and finished everything in about 15 minutes. The only negative was the price, which was $215, which seemed high for the short time they were here and fact there were no materials.

After several hours and more than 2K dollars spent with Mr. Rooter, our drainage troubles remain to some extent. The waste water flows slowly due to lack of proper repair/replacement.

Pipe burst on Thanksgiving Eve. They came out and fixed the pipe. Tried 4 other companies and it was going to be Friday. I will definitely be sending my plumbing needs their way.

Mr Rooter came within a couple hours of my call. Other companies said they were unavailable for 1-2 weeks. I could not wait. I had a clogged toilet line and a damaged sink drain line leaking water into my foyer ceiling, pouring out of the light fixture onto the floor.
The technician was very polite and professional. He preceded to assess the issue and got to work. After clearing the the toilet line he got to work on the leaking pipes. I had two in the ceiling and one in the basement. After several hours he had replaced the rusted 54 year old pipes with PVC and stopped the leaks. I was impressed with Richard's work ethic and diligence. I will certainly recommend Mr Rooter.

We had a leak under our bathroom sink. I called Mr. Rooter and two technicians came out and took care of the problem promptly. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing repairs. Incidentally, we are repeat customers... we've been dealing with Mr. Rooter for years!

Mr. Rooter service dispatcher was pleasant, alert, and responsive on the phone. Service men Hal and his assistant Jose arrived soon after I called. Examination was quick and Hal’s explanation of options and prices was clear. They were efficient and effective and kept working on the problem until they cleared the drain. Explained what they found and showed me pictures of pipe interior including root blockage. Left yard/ site clear and in order.

Everyone involved with Mr. Rooter Plumbing was awesome Amy who answered the phone and Tim who came out to repair our leak. We needed emergency service, we had a bad leak, she gave us a window of time for today (not tomorrow) but today!! Tim came early, very pleasant, efficient, professional and great to work with :)

Faucet and main water shutoff

While the technician was at my house there were several problems identified, including a leaking toilet and a bent stopper for the bathtub. The technician did not fix either of those issues and was rude. I was charged $800 for the attachment of a waste disposal pipe under the sink and the assessment fee. Grossly overpriced for minimal work.

The Mr. Rooter service technicians ( Chris and Jesse) were very professional and courteous during their time spent making my home plumbing repairs. They prompt and proficient. I would definitely seek Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing work I may require.

Jacks is an excellent example of professionalism. He was very efficient in identifying our issues and fixing them within a day. I am very happy with the service I received.

The gentleman working in my business was professional and nice that’s why they even get 2 stars ,however the company is so disorganized. They had me scheduled 2x just to tell me the same day all the paper work wasn’t in line. It’s a shame, the prices they charge they could have more structure. Paid $2400 to unclog floor drain, 5 days later, same thing. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. They gave me estimate and told me same day of work, it was too cheap. Stay clear.

Jacko and Josh were awesome! Prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, upfront…the list goes on. I sought 4 different quotes to replace my water heaters with tankless. Mr. Rooter wasn’t the cheapest but they were very competitively priced. What gave this company the edge and helped inform my decision were these qualities: responsiveness, communication, personable employees (including the ones who answer the phone), and attention to detail, as well as knowing Jacko and Josh - the crew who came to meet with me and give the estimate - were going to be my installers! Great team!

I have always received great service from Mr Rooter plumbers

I called to get my garbage disposal fixed. Before the plumber even touched anything he was already talking about replacing it which was almost a $500 job, as quoted. I flat out refused to replace a garbage disposal that was only 1 yr old and was still under a 3 yr warranty. The guy even tried to convince me the garbage disposal was overheating but it was cool enough for me to put my hand on it. I askedvhim.to just fix it. Within minutes and without a lot of effort he was able to get it working again. At which point he tried to back peddle and explain why he was able to fix it so quickly. Even still the bill was a whopping $233 which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. It cost me about that much if not less yo buy the garbage disposal and he it installed.

I made an appointment which was scheduled for today with a window of 9:00 - 1:00. When the technician was running behind I received a call to let me know. When he was on his way I received a notification and was sent his picture which was great from a safety perspective. Jacko was professional, friendly and he took care of what I needed and made sure things were working properly prior to his departure. I would definitely recommend this company.

His apprentice very quiet and reserved. Was with Chris every step of the way.

Chris told me I had installed a set of filters backwards. At least the water flow direction for the filters.

It took him maybe 20 mins to fix and solve the problem.

Our Mr. Rooter Repairman was so very helpful & knowledgable. Arrived within the specified window with additional calls and texts and emails in advance & after the repair job...everything was so professional and worked like clockwork. With the high rate of construction in our neighborhood, this is our 2nd time needing to repair the Water Pressure Valve that regulates the pressure from the town coming into our home. He gave us various helpful options & precise pricing on each one. He even took the initiative to look up our part needed and saw that the didn't carry tht particular piece on his truck & even left to go pick up the precise valve to fit our house plumbing need - instead of using a standard or universal one. ( He did this very expeditiously & we appreciated his not just saving himself the time and bother with installing a universal one - which we feel the last repairman did about 8 years prior and is why the piece/water pressure valve didn't even last to the standard product expectancy). We were so very well pleased with every aspect of this repair by the technician at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. You cannot find a better, more responsive and detail oriented plumbing technician than those at Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

The guys were very professional. This is hard to rate because my leak was not actually repaired. Now instead of having a larger hole in ceiling, I now have to get the hole in our bedroom repaired. I would have rated higher, but I’m kind of back to where I was before. With all the money I have put into this issue, I could have easily had a new shower installed. I just want this leak to be solved.

Very good communication, confirming appointment and arrival times both via text and personal confirmation. Josh the plumber was very professional and explained what he did so I might be able to do this myself next time.

Run away if you value your time and money. Spent $900 fixing the same part in about a year. After the same part was defective twice and under warranty, they haven’t returned my call to make it right. All while they have $900 in diagnostic fees for showing up.

Now I had to find another Plummer and pay them to fix their mistakes.

Mike with Mr Rooter came to my aid! Mike and his teammate were able to diagnose and determine the route cause of the issue with our well pump. In less than 24hrs the problem was solved parts were installed and full systems check were complete. I can't thank Mike and team for all they did and truly finding the tricky root cause of this issue.

Wes showed up promptly as scheduled and quickly gave an estimate and recommendation. I decided to go with the recommendation. Since it involves digging we had to have property marked. Since the estimate was on Friday, it unfortunately took until after lunch on Monday to get the go ahead. I was contacted early Tuesday and the job was completed same day.

They were friendly informative and on time. Got my repair made quickly. Highly recommend them.

Our kitchen drain was backed up. Jacko arrived on time, did some tests, determined roughly where the blockage was, and then used his router machine to dissolve the blockage. The entire process was only around 30 minutes. Everything is back to normal again. Jacko is a young man and a true professional who knows his trade well. We can easily recommend him!

Professional, courteous and fixed the issue.

Rep came and assessed the problem. Determined that the tub drain was improperly installed. Caulked and tightened drain so leaking was eliminated.

Contracted to replace about 10 feet of PVC pipe after another contractor fell through. Ended up paying over double the original quoted price. I asked for an itemized receipt to understand where the excess cost was coming from, but they could not provide it. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Mike was the main plumber and he was very knowledgeable and showed great respect for my home. He did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after the job. He was also training a new plumber and he was very careful when providing instructions and explaining why a certain task was needed. I felt that Mike did an excellent job as a professional plumber and as mentor to the next generation of professional plumbers.
