Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

We called Jayk's first thing in the morning when water heater started leaking and they arrived within half an hour. Able and Jose were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind - they had our water heater replaced, as well as fixed our supply line and rusted out water valve all within a couple of hours, and way below budget from what we were quoted by other companies. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. They are taking serious COVID precautions and made us feel safe throughout their service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future!

I recently had a water fitting break outside of my house which needed to be replaced. TCR rooting was able to come out and fix it within an hour for a very reasonable price. Very thankful and happy with their service

Have initially not gone with them BUT the technician was excellent, very helpful and gave several options for pricing. Have decided at this time to let son in law do the job he originally didn't have the time to take on. We will see how this goes. Fuller Plumbing Services came out to my home to help me install a new toilet and while it was just a toilet install, the guys at Fuller did a very thorough job and also helped fixed an issue in our guest bathroom that had been nagging me for years. I then invited these guys to my office and received the exact same attention and professionalism. These guys worked at Michael & Sons but left to start their own business because they felt they could provide better work at a better price. I really grew to care about these guys and really felt compelled to leave them a review online hoping it would help them grow their business! I highly recommend Fuller Plumbing Services!

SIRS --How do I give you zero stars?The rep came to my house and attempted tp upsell me on just about every item we discussed. He was more of a salesman than a plumber. All that aside, I was plied to pay HALF for a service I had agreed to hire them for a week in advance. The sales rep/plumber stated it would secure my spot in the event they got really busy.I paid $750.Within an hour I had buyers remorse and canceled the order, telling them thanks but no thanks -- please refund me. The sales rep attempted to close me again with some pitch about financing and how I could pay for their elaborate service over many months, trying to ensnare me in one of their financing schemes. I said no thanks and expected a refund.Several days passed and no refund and when I called them I got the olde let me speak to my accounting dept line that ended up nowhere. I left several messages and no one ever called me back.I have since filed a claim with my bank and to be fair -- perhaps Blanton's would eventually get around to refunding my money when it suited hem best. However crazy as it sounds, I preferred to have my money back for services not rendered right away, or at least receive assurances from the much talked about accounting dept that my funds were en route.Good day.

I adore talking to the office. Nothing better than a group of people who understand their customers. The service technicians are extremely kind and good communicators and polite beyond measure. They make me feel safe in their presence. Well run company!
