I called and spoken with Edwin and he was ready to assist me and get me on the schedule for the next day. I texted him my info and he advised he’d text me when he was 30 mins out. He was polite and very knowledgeable and took great patience in explaining all my options. He cleaned up and moved the appliance back in place. We discussed other work I also needed. Highly recommended and will definitely call them again.

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. Mr Rooter came within a couple hours of my call. Other companies said they were unavailable for 1-2 weeks. I could not wait. I had a clogged toilet line and a damaged sink drain line leaking water into my foyer ceiling, pouring out of the light fixture onto the floor.
The technician was very polite and professional. He preceded to assess the issue and got to work. After clearing the the toilet line he got to work on the leaking pipes. I had two in the ceiling and one in the basement. After several hours he had replaced the rusted 54 year old pipes with PVC and stopped the leaks. I was impressed with Richard's work ethic and diligence. I will certainly recommend Mr Rooter.

I have used Eric to replace my hot water heater and a toilet in my home, Eric does excellent clean work at a fair price. Eric is a personable, honest guy whom I would recommend to anyone. There is a tremendous value in being able to trust a contractor when you need their help.
