Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

Great experience and super fast. Our sump pump was broken and a lot of water in our crawl space from all the rain this winter. We also had a very clogged shower. Jose and the other plumber were super fast, very respectful of our home (always wiped mud off and wore boot covers before coming inside), wore masks and kept proper social distancing. Also, the prices seemed very reasonable, and they accept credit cards or checks for payment.

I called the main number at 1:45pm, and by 4:30pm everything was fixed, installed and cleaned up. Jose did a great job going over everything that they did, and double checked that we were happy with everything before they left. Will not hesitate to use Jayk's again!

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

The tech Brad was amazing and not only fixed my leak but explained everything. I’m a new homeowner and was stressed the whole day about my leak. Brandon Vanmeter came out to our house after we reported an issue with our thermostat not working. He not only fixed the problem, but found that we were missing a dehumidifier in the basement that should have been installed from the start. He also gave helpful tips on system maintenance. Called early this morning and described my issue and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the same day. Received a text with a photo and message about the tech. They arrived on time, quickly assessed my tanks water heater to find that it was working correctly. Turned out that the issue was a bad PRV under the house. After a complete explanation they quickly replaced the PRV and rechecked the water heater. What an incredible experience. Special shout out to the two techs. They were very personable and professional. Highly recommend them and the company.

I’m very pleased with this company. I had a warranty through American Home Shield and they sent a contractor that misdiagnosed the issue and wanted to charge much more to fix the problem.

When I called, they immediately came out to diagnose the issue and had it all fixed by the next day. They were very responsive to answering my questions and very professional. Their pricing is very competitive as well.

To get pressure tank replaced Mr. Ken and Mr. William showed up on time changed out my tank, let me use 10% off first time customer before starting the job, were professional and informative. My home was built with an unusual configuration for the ducts that exit the dryer making them more prone to being clogged with lint. Due to this configuration it was especially difficult for the team to figure out which vent led to the dryer and then to access to the vents to clean and unclog them. However, Ty demonstrated a determination to succeed and problem solving skills that I do not often see. I truly appreciate his exceptional work. He stayed until the job was done knowing that my family and I were leaving town the next day with family coming to stay with us on our return. I cannot thank him and Blanton's enough for persisting and working above and beyond my expectations to fix my dryer and clean the ducts.
