Drew was hired to repair 3 toilets in our home and also replace some plastic nuts with copper ones. He is upfront with his pricing no hidden fees .Drew took all Covid precautions when coming into our home. He was very neat and clean when working My home was spotless when he left. He also gave us alot of helpful information. Do not hesitate to use him if you need a plumber. He is the only one we will EVER use again

Called at 730 am for a burst pipe under the house. Was repaired by 10am and very reasonably priced! Def recommend!

Contacted Raleigh Heating and Air last week when my second floor HVAC stop blowing cold air. The same day a technician was dispatched to diagnose the problem. Long story short my system needed to be replaced, Lee came out the next day on MY schedule to show us what options we had and at no time did I fell pressured or rushed (thank you).The installers Ray and Kwon came out on one of the hottest days in July on time (8am) and finished just before noon. These gentlemen were fantastic, both were courteous and professional.This is the second time I used Raleigh heating and air with the exact same team lee, Ray, Kwon thank you.Also I did have one very minor issue the day after my install i contacted service and tech came the same day thank you Scott.I highly recommend Raleigh heating and air.

This company is amazing! My old plumber quoted 950$ for a water heater install.... called these guys and within 3 days they were out and saved me over $700 at fantastic quality!!

I was recently a first time customer of David Dobbs plumbing and while I hope to not need their services anytime soon, I will definitely be a repeat customer! The service was fantastic, and the thing that I appreciate most is how hard David worked to save me as much money as possible which DEFINITELY builds trust and makes me more ok spending money on the things that he recommends. I called thinking I needed a hot water heater replacement and what he sold me on was a much simpler solution. I highly recommend him!

I did not like this company at all. I called them to get a toilet installed and they did not show up on time and the job was not done properly. I had to call them back because they did not finish the job and they were not very nice over the phone. I will never use them again.

I feel the customer service is not good if you have a problem. Nice people don't matter if the products are bad.
