It was refreshing to work with a service provider who respects your time and makes every effort to be on time. This is what Justin did and, in addition, he takes the time to explain the issue and solution.

We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.

Brandon came to replace a leaky hose under the toilet...but he went above & beyond by providing a full plumbing inspection, flushed our water tank & helped get our house into “full swing” mode. He was fast, straight forward, and made us feel assured that everything was working properly. I will definitely utilize him and his company as our go to plumber.

Shawn installed a new water heater for me. It couldn't have been any smoother. He quoted a fair price, arrived on time and in no time he removed my old water heater and installed the new one. He's also friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! I called Eugene and he was able to come out the next day regarding some whistling sounds in my pipes. He came in and quickly determined the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Pricing was very fair and I'm very happy with his service!

I also wanted to say that I appreciated the little things Eugene did: he was prompt, sent detailed text messages, took his shoes off each time he walked through the house and even did a quick very minor fix on my outside faucet.

You really have to be careful with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing and you understand what they’re going to do. Lesson learned, I don’t think I would used them again.
