Fuller Plumbing Services came out to my home to help me install a new toilet and while it was just a toilet install, the guys at Fuller did a very thorough job and also helped fixed an issue in our guest bathroom that had been nagging me for years. I then invited these guys to my office and received the exact same attention and professionalism. These guys worked at Michael & Sons but left to start their own business because they felt they could provide better work at a better price. I saw excellent reviews about David on Next Door and called him to fix a leaky faucet. He came to my home that night a fixed it quickly at a minimum charge. I recently needed to exchange a bath and shower with a new walk-in shower without having to pay for an expensive re modeling job. He came by the week I called, took measurements, and had the job done by the next week. The shower is just what I wanted. He was always courteous and knows plumbing. I trust him to get the job done right and confidently recommend him.

Hal Petrosa is by far the best plumber we have worked with. We bought this house back in October 2021 (along with its problems). In December 2021 we had a new water heater installed. After installation the water continually had a bad smell. We are on well water with a water softening system, so we had the company that installed that system come out to check things. They tested some stuff and then said it was the anode rods of the water heater that are causing this issue. So I had the company that installed the water heater back out, and they looked at me like I was making up fairy tales. We decided to go with someone else.

Hal came out, took a look, and not only came up with a solution but actually walked me through all the details of our system and how everything was working. Pointed out that the expansion tank was already blown and needed repaired. Walked through all the reasons why that probably contributes to our issue. He also suggested to replace the anode rods (it is a common fix for this kind of issue). Hal went the extra distance to call AO Smith (the water heater manufacturer) to make sure everything was in order for the parts and tools needed for the job. AO Smith alerted Hal that the anode rod needed comes pre-equipped in our water heater! This pivoted to a different solution, adding a water temperature mixing valve to the system. So far, after running the water a few times we're already noticing a difference! Hal set our expectations though, walked me through some steps to do for the next few days to make sure the solution works.

To summarize:
1) Hal was thorough, evident by him calling the manufacturer and making sure he had everything he needed to solve this problem and checked everything about 5-6 times to make sure there were no issues caused by the fix.
2) Hal walked me through things, gave me a really good explanation for how things worked and why the worked, even some fun history lessons on why certain things came to be. I really appreciate someone who likes to share that knowledge and enjoys discussing it with someone who really just wanted to understand how things worked. Hal was the fourth person we brought out for this issue. Yet, he was the first to actually give me the overview that I really needed as a first time homeowner.

I really can't say enough about working with Hal, he has an analytical mind and really cares about the quality. I know who to call from now on.

Worked very hard to diagnose and ultimately replace our tankless water heater. Great responsiveness. Called when they were on their way. Technicians were very friendly and helpful to answer our questions. Will recommend in future!
