I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend RTP plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Horrible customer service. They fixed one problem but created another problem. Would not return my calls. Don't waste your money.

Jason has come out to my house twice now and has been amazing. Super friendly, timely and professional.
He does great work AND charges you what he quoted.
I'm going to use him for all my plumbing needs from here on out! Plus- he leaves little flashlights with his name and number that my kids love.

Joseph and Shawn came out today to check my toilets for any leaks. They were easy to work with and very amicable. I got an appt in a very reasonable amount of time and they were on time. They did a great job at a fair price, and my mind is completely at ease. They also cleaned up after they completed the work and left things as they found them. I would definitely hire again!

I have used this company now at 2 homes and the service could not need have been more thoughtful and on point. I’ve have worked with 2 different plumbers that work for Midtown and they gave great insight as to why there was a problem and fixed it fast and very affordable! Shawn installed a new water heater for me. It couldn't have been any smoother. He quoted a fair price, arrived on time and in no time he removed my old water heater and installed the new one. He's also friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the entire transaction from beginning to end.

Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.
