I met Josh to bid a project recently and must say I was amazed at his professional manner and intensive listening skills. He was on time, professional and curious about every aspect of the project. His bid was reasonable, thorough and presented quickly and professionally.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.

Our servicer was knowledgeable and friendly. While we were unable to pinpoint a leak at this time, they did provide resources and connections to investigate the issue further.

Called on a Friday morning about a water leak and Waite plumbing was able to get someone available that afternoon 3-5pm. I had already pulled out the saturated insulation and drywall to locate the leak (why would you pay a highly skilled plumber to do demo work? I think that's where some folks misunderstand the costs involved and leads to negative reviews). I'd requested the piping in the wall (the dreaded PB) be replaced down into the crawlspace so that I wouldn't have to open that wall again. He was done so fast that my wife was incredulous. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. These folks will certainly be on my list for getting bids for repiping my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again.

Whole home electrical inspection with O'shea. Very professional young man, extremely thorough both with his inspection as well as his explanation of recommendations for repair or replacement. His respect for my home during the inspection as well as his personality, thorough technical explanation and 5 varying options for repair make the sticker shock a little easier to accept :). With a home that's 49 years old much is to be expected, but a clear way ahead to tackle electrical repairs in a costly and efficient manner is greatly appreciated

Well I did and after several text messages and advice I was able to complete the project. When someone helps you just to be helpful says all I need to know about their character. We had a serious infestation of mites coming from the base of our toilet. Poole's crew had never seen anything like this before, but they were able to get rid of the nest, totally clean out the underside and install a new wax seal (which add been partially eaten through). They were timely snd effective!

What an awesome company! I got to speak/meet with the owner directly when scheduling the initial appointment and getting a proposal. When the work was to be completed, he told me he would be sending his expert technician out to complete the work. He wasn't lying! His technician was, indeed, and expert and had my system installed to perfection in very little time. I'm sold; never using another plumber besides Westover again.
