To get pressure tank replaced Mr. Ken and Mr. William showed up on time changed out my tank, let me use 10% off first time customer before starting the job, were professional and informative. Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

Had a pipe burst in the ceiling wall when I came home from work late at night. Called Plumbing Services of Raleigh the very next day and talked to David, and he literally showed up 7 minutes later. No Joke. He located the broken pipe, and explained the situation in detail about why it happened and answered all of my questions. I was actually exhausted from the night before (from being waterless) and had not thought much about the pricing, but it was very competitive. It was a great surprise since I've used other plumbing companies before. Can't say thank you enough.

Poole's did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing my Rinnai. They were very communicative throughout the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I've used two other services; Poole's ranks well above the others.

They added plumbing fixtures so we could move our laundry from the basement to the upstairs bathroom. It was tricky but they had the experience to get it done correctly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Wonderful folks and great service.

Our irrigation backflow preventer's relief valve failed yesterday. CK's team of Raymond and Andrew replaced the unit today (it was 28-years-old - time for a new one), and I feel I have to comment. I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

Our water main valve handle became inoperative Thursday evening with the water turned off. Called Roto-Rooter immediately, and the plumber arrived in less than an hour. The faucet was old, and he had to get parts from Lowes. The repair was difficult but he completed the job that evening. We had our water back and a serviceable cut off we can rely on.

The 800Plumber and Air team did an excellent job on doing a HVAC repair and replacing a toilet for me. David checked my HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your HVAC or Plumbing.

I was trying to find someone to fix my problem and I found this company from the website. I am unsatisfied with the service.
(1) The appointment was from 11am to 1pm (technician (Andy) will come any time around this time range). But he does not show up until almost 3pm. We were waiting him and can not go anywhere (we got plans)
(2) He worked like 30min with his simple tools but it didn't work well and he gave up. So, the problem remains unsolved and he is charging us 100 usd for not even fixing the issue and told us it will be 400 usd if its fixed. I do not really understand how things work here since there is an hour rate and 400 usd if fixed within 30min? Also, what if second time someone else come from the company and still can't fix it and will we get charged for another 100 or 200 usd again as diagnostic fee?. I was asking the technician and decided to ask the company how things work and at this time I didn't say I won't pay him. But he lost patience and just left while I was calling the company and he told my wife I will never see you again.
(3) After he left, my wife called this company asked how things should work and asked if we can talk face to face since talk through the phone can cause some misunderstands. But they denied it and their attitude was awful. Their voice sounds being annoyed by our questions and I have to speak for my wife because my wife is not capable of handling their attitude.

All in all, I understand there might be some misunderstands here like some company simply sent people to your place and charge you hourly without any pre-inspection just for giving quicker service. But what I can not really withstand is the technician's bad attitude, not being on time and also the people in the phone sound so annoyed.

Follow up: They said send someone come my home to do a free estimate today around 1pm to 5pm but no one shows up at all.
