We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. These folks get the work done, but still use the antiquated 8-12 or 1-6 appt windows and forget to latch gates they’ve opened. If you don’t check behind them your dogs will be loose. I’m a 10 year+ customer so I’ve learned to check.

Mothers - raise your sons to be plumbers and your daughters to marry one and they will never be poor. In the past two months, I had a leaking outdoor faucet repaired, a leaking toilet repaired and ultimately replaced and a leaking bathroom faucet fixed at the cost of more than $1000. I always thought Schwartz was overpriced but this last visit took the cake. Earl spent no more than ten minutes on the leaking bathroom faucet and I was charged $212+ which I find shameful. I understand people need to make a living but I, for one, and sick and tired of being taken advantage of. I will never call Schwartz again and will advise all my family members, friends and acquaintances to look elsewhere for their plumbing needs.

Can’t say enough good things about Cape Fear and our technician, James. Our AC stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon when the temp was 95 outside. James from Cape Fear was here an hour later. He quickly found a bad capacitor and took time to show me the reading on the bad one and new one. He checked our refrigerant and compressor, which he had to cool down because it has overheated. All else was well. An hour later our house is cooling down. Timely, professional and knowledgeable service call.

Very pleased with the work done by Scott and his crew. He installed the plumbing for a new vanity which required modification to the existing plumbing going from a pedestal fixture to a vanity fixture that needed an exhaust vent in the basement. Great job.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was the BEST plumber I ever know. He explained everything clearly. My house got water heater install as well as three toilets and faucet. All things done neat and quick. His charge is fair and reasonable. He is professional and always on time. His personality is super nice and sincere.
