I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Jose came out for a leaking kitchen faucet. He arrived exactly on time and quickly found out there was just a loose piece and nothing needed to be replaced. He was kind enough to not charge for the service and relieved a lot of stress from expecting an expensive repair. Very professional and down to earth service, I will definitely be coming back to Jayk's for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing! Reasonably priced, professional, fast, efficient and clean! Our 4.5 year old gas hot water heater stopped working. We called Golden Rule and Joseph responded quickly. Joseph came out diagnosed the problem (it had rusted out!), and advised us that since it was still under warranty, we should contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim. We did, and only had to pay for the labor and miscellaneous parts. Joseph and his assistant removed the old heater, returned it to the supplier, picked up a new one, and submitted the warranty information on our behalf. They installed the new water heater and cleaned up so well that it didn’t even look like they had been there! This was a very difficult job, since the water heater is in our attic and the attic opening is just about the same width as the heater, but they got it done. The next time we need a plumber we will call Golden Rule Plumbing.

CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!

I will never call this company for help again. My wife and I had no ac for over a week and they actually cancelled an appointment because they did not want to send out a technician just to do a leak test. Instead all they wanted to do is sell me a whole new unit without even finding out what was wrong with the one I had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company all together. They will rip you off!!!

We discovered a water leak (conveniently hidden by previous homeowner), Joey and Bryan showed up within a few hours of us calling and were coordinating between plumbing, HVAC, and homeowners insurance almost immediately. It's never fun to rip out walls clean up water damage, but it is nice to have a professional team that's been there before and is willing to work with us on payment options.

Kevin B was great! He thoroughly diagnosed my issue and quickly worked to get it resolved. He also pointed out a few items to keep an eye on proactively to keep my units functioning as efficiently as possible. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
