There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

From the reminder text the day before, to the your technician is on the way and his name is Logan, it was professional, timely, and friendly. Logan did a great job just diagnosing multiple issues, changing the filter for me, crawling up in the attic in 90 degree heat, and all with a polite demeanor and a smile. At my request I signed up for the maintenance plan -- sounds like I mostly dodged a bullet with this being the first service in 6 years.

Called at 730 am for a burst pipe under the house. Was repaired by 10am and very reasonably priced! Def recommend!

When I discovered that my water heater was leaking, Plumb V came out, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the entire water heater before the first plumber I called ever even responded! Richard was my service rep and he was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be utilizing Plumb V in the future and recommend others do as well!

Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again. Excellent experience. Scheduled for next day service when I first called and then another next day appointment when I needed to obtain quotes for a new unit. The technician, Koy, was incredibly kind and took the time to educate me about my unit and what the issues were as well as my different options. I would highly recommend Koy and this company.

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.
